There's something special about the endless variety of the old-school Seiko 5s. I'm partial to the SNKE63, which is somewhere between an Explorer and a pilot watch. Lumed 12-6-9, propeller hands. The dial is mostly printed, but the logo and 5 shield add just enough pop.

The dial on this one is really nice, I like how there is an inner circle and an outer ring carrying the nice indices and numerals. Great value for money! The bracelet is rather basic if it is similar to the one of my SNKL45K1, it has no substance and the pressed clasp is not nice. But as you said, replacing this with a nice Nato fixes it.

Looks more expensive than £92 😅The only thing that gives this watch away is the bracelet. Swap it for a better one or a strap and you’ll have a watch that looks like a £500 one.😂
