ABOUT
Learning Russian is not easy, that's why we created the Russian Level 1 channel. It's full of study resources created for beginner students of the Russian language. This language is so fascinating! The more I study it, the more I realize how much different Russian society's mindset from the West. For example, the phrase for "push" would be "ot ceba" literally meaning "from myself" and "pull" is "ha ceba" literally means "to myself". This may confuse many Westerners, but it's sort of a contextual difference between 2 societies that are a world apart.

You usually go to PICK mushrooms, not to PICK UP mushrooms. PICK UP would mean they were lying around, maybe discarded by someone else. I guess that pick up and pick is the same word in Russian (?)

Good job. However, I think some of these phrases might be quite challenging for those who are just starting to learn the Russian language. It's better to use simpler examples without minor members of the sentence. Plus, more commonly used phrases that are used in everyday life (in a phrasebook format). Also, I think it would be better to group phrases and words by topics. Удачи в развитии.
