ur videos are so helpful but 1 thing is if you place a wall when someone cones you, you can go for a high wall side jump or even something easier

Thanks for this comprehensive video. I'm a gamer dad struggling to learn this bloody complex game and trying to become a better teammate for my son and this video is just amazing. I know I'll be rewatching it many times and practicing with your comments in mind. The thing I love the most is how you explain when and why use a specific move. I feel like a lot of KZreadrs just assume that we're all well-versed in the game and will figure it out ourselves. I personally feel like dum dum in the FN BR context and need a lot of hand-holding. Thanks for that. Got a few questions: 1. Move 2 where you edit a stair and a floor. I assume it would be applicable if using cone and floor in a similar manner as well, right? It seems more organic for me personally but I'd like to see if there are any disadvantages that I currently do not recognize. 2. #12 Thwifo cone. I do it a bit differently without jumping, I place all walls in one swoosh and then make sure the crosshair placement is right and place the cone. Is there a disadvantage to doing it that way? 3. How do you decide when to place a ramp or a cone in your box? I'm kind of in the habit of placing cones all the time to prevent being pieced up but from your video, I see sometimes a ramp is better. Is there a 'pattern' that I could follow or the answer is just 'depends'? Thank you. UldisBiz

Appreciate the comment! For the second move, you can 100% use it with a cone edit as well. Making the peek with the flat is good no matter what. For the Thwifo cone, the reason we jump is so we don’t lose any «speed» when turning around, even if you do it ultra quickly, you will lose a little tiny bit of momentum. Realistically it won’t matter, but that’s the reason we jump :-) When it comes to when you should place a cone or stair inside of a box, it all comes down to how your opponent is looking. Does he have awareness over you? Is he ready for you to edit? Then place a stair, and edit. If he’s unaware, you place a cone!

To me, it is so overwhelming and I just keep crapping my pants and making wrong decisions but my son finds it easy peasy without even watching tutorials, haha. Great for bonding with my son, though. @@marrentm just to clarify on the third one, if he's aware I place a stair so that I don't need to edit it, and so it doesn't get weaker, right? If I flip the cone it is easier to spray through, right? Sorry, if I'm asking dumb questions. Struggling gamer dad, haha.

Marren, my dream is to become a pro one day but my parents are really strict and did not let me find a duo unless I got good grades. First of all, should I find a duo worse than me so I would have to carry him and get better or find a better duo at the start so he can teach me? Also, how much time per day is minimum to go pro (because they don't let me play at weekdays). Btw your are my favorite content creator!😘
