Idk about u but my little sister used to break lipsticks a lot so I assume it’s the same for these people or maybe they fell and got destroyed

Possibly tester lipsticks, they look like they were dug in with those disposable applicators.

@@monicaavalos9312 I've been thinking about it for awhile so I asked a friend that used to work at a makeup counter. She said they have to "waste" the products they throw away. Those compacts look exactly like they were "wasted". So I just assumed the lipsticks came from a counter as well.
