100 km WORLD RECORD and other RECUMBENT news - July 2023
The first, from what I believe, will be a long series of monthly videos reporting major news in the recumbent bike, trike, and velomobile scene. This time about James Coxon's 100 km trike world record, reminiscence of participating in The Sun Trip (a race of solar bikes) 10 years ago, an invitation to Cycle-Con 2023 in Xenia, Ohio, and also new developments in the world of velomobiles.

Salam dari Indonesia🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩👍👍👍
crazy record!!
What would it take to make these suitable for everyday use? I'd love to see something like this for work and back.

Infrastructure: roads that are safe, secure parking and not compromising those things for existing uses. Of course many people make it work already but only when those things are in their favour.
60 miles is the world record on a recumbent.. I have ridden over 75 miles in an afternoon on my tour..
That average is just stunning, just stunning.....
it's a velomobile turned insideout, but a amazing record
How about UCI get off there butts and recognize recumbent trikes like handcycles for racing events
What do you think about the amazing record of James Coxon? 100 km on a bike in only 2 hours? Huh. Congratulation!
