Baekhyun will sing both the Korea and US National Anthem in the 2024 MLB World Tour: Seoul Series, the season opener of Major League Baseball (MLB) on 21 Mar this Thursday.

Baekhyun is choosed to sing the US National Anthem at the MLB Opening in Korea. EXO's Baekhyun will stand on stage at the opening game of the 2024 Major League Baseball (MLB) regular season, which will be held for the first time in Korea.

Stanning a group like EXO makes me the proudest fan ever. I will never forgive sm for all the wasted opportunities exo could have gotten but i'm so happy what they are now able to do with with baek's and do's company.

Their performance was during the closing ceremony of the 2018 Winter Olympics and it’s about 99.8% sure to be blocked 😟 Those were the EXOlympics! Kai’s solo dance, the group performance, and Baekhyun sang the national anthem at the opening of the IOC session.

Since the Winter Olympics were hosted in South Korea that year, as epic as all Olympic games are, with the host country usually showing alot of it's culture with epic performances in their language, Exo were all the rage in kpop and were invited to perform at the Closing Ceremonies. Prior to Olympics that week, there was a ceremony where dignitaries and Olympic Committee members along with S. Korean President Moon attended, and had the usual Olympic formalities, and Baekhyun sung the S. Korean National Anthem. And just today I believe (March 20, 2024) Baekhyun sang the S. Korean AND the U.S. National Anthems at the MLB Opening Game: Seoul Series at Seoul's Sky Dome. Btw, I've been preoccupied with Baekhyun's smash solo concert 'Lonsdaleite' over the past few days, being spoiled with so many fan clips over the weekend (massive concert and stages)...I swear, this man is such a performer I was beside myself of how incredible he is on stage...ĵust so entertaing and addicting to watch him perform, you guys gotta look up some of these clips on YT.. all the members went as well. So many great moments making me nostalgic for a time before I was a fan. I started listening to EXO about 3 years ago. A lot of these moments I did know, but there were a few new ones. She is amazing! Igor Krutoy was a judge at one of her performances. She has the most unusual voice I’ve ever heard. I would love to hear a collaboration of EXO and Dimash.
