Don't wanna cry deserved to be in this list

The more I watch this the more I see it as a “ 100 most loved songs”. When someone puts “iconic” in the title I’m actually looking for SHINee, DBSK, Big Bang, Shinhwa, Girls Generation, 2pm, 2am, BEAST, Super Junior, more BoA. When I hear iconic I’m thinking of the artist who made it possible for the K-wave to happen. Or at least songs that have more than 2 years under their built. Good songs in the list but not all of them were iconic

Groups like Blackpink, Got7, Twice, BtoB, BTS or Red Velvet haven't anything to do here. You cannot say a song or a group is iconic before years after their creation.

S Choice Army L. O. Λ. E Actually Twice - TT is known by both old and young people and although very young is already iconic

Some of them are not even iconic. If there people are an old fan like me, there song that have a lot of weight to it and how kpop bloom. wow I feel so old listen to so many old kpop songs. i grown out of the kpop but never out the classics. Because the person that wrote the list doesn't know what iconic means. There probably shouldn't be anything from before 2010 on this list, except maybe Gangnam style.

Like half the comments have mentioned, popular and iconic are being used synonymously here, but they are different things. Iconic boy group song would be Super Junior's Sorry Sorry and iconic girl group song would be Girls' Generation's Gee. I mean, anyone who's ever heard K-pop will know these two songs, which is why they're iconic.
