I am really interested in that.. I now have two docs. to watch. Probably take me the weekend but I will see if I can finish them before he posts another one. Expecting rain. Just posted my comment. So I am going to be very busy trying to cook and do other things and watch. I'll get through them sooner or later. Hopefully I'll be done by tomorrow. Rainy up here. I hope you have good weather down there. Haven't spoken to my sister yet, so I don't know what it's like. She lives in Claxton Bay. Have a great weekend.🙏💕✌️

This was another really nice one ...the variousstreet foods ...the chicken feet in cups ;;;you had in Trinidad ...it does taste good ...The Angel of Independence...interesting History there....Also the Cathedral...awesome archetechture....lots of Tacos using various edible animal parts...good to know....good taste too..And your guides ...they were so entertaining......Just beautiful as always. You have such a diverse background David! Are both your parents Jewish? Did they grow up in Venezuela? I did not know Venezuela was so multicultural. Do you speak yiddish. or hebrew? I agree 100% with you about languages. When you speak more than one your world truly opens up. I can't imagine only speaking one.

The cuero in the dorilocos is not fat, it is pickled pork skin.
This is the authentic Mexican food in Mexico City ..this is part of it.. however there is more Mexican delicious food found in every other Mexican state . options are endless... that's why Mexican food is well known and popular!! Check other Mexican states and the food they have to offer...👋.
