As a person who is now disabled due to arthritis, I appreciate that you put the items back on the patio. It's a small thing to you, but might leave that homeowner with things in the grass for a while if they can't move things.

My uncle started his lawnmower business with a 80’s Toyota hardbody and 1 lawnmower. He grew that into 1 of the biggest landscape companies in his region. He’s no longer with us and I miss him so much. I think of him every time I see a man with his truck hauling the mower to work. It’s simple work but you are for sure someone’s superhero. Any how.. great content, love the channel. Keep up the good work brother!! God bless.

Great point about ear protection plus music. I find '90s dance music keeps me working at a decent rate. I also enjoy listening to the cycling commentary when jobs are especially tedious, plus it saves the neighbours having to listen to my singing or seeing my dancing, both of which I tend to do in the greenhouse. 😄

Every time one of us asks the other a question about what’s happening, almost always you very shortly after answer the question! We wondered about the chlorinating liquid damaging the grass and not 5 seconds later you explained that the amount of water used will mitigate that! It feels like you anticipate every question and you manage to educate without talking down or being condescending. Your kids are lucky to have you for a dad and we are lucky to have you as a content creator! Thanks for doing what you do!

Having watched some of your videos where you use a power edger, I have a suggestion. I have a friend who built his own lawn edger. This was before electric or gas powered edgers where a thing. In farming, there is what is known as a cutting disk. They are used for various reasons and come in various sizes. What he did was take a 12 inch cutting disk that he sharpened slightly with a hand grinder. Built an axle with two small wheels that extended past the edge of the cutting disk. Bolted the axle with one wheel on each side and two heavy weights on each side of the disk. Built a handle that attached to the axle on both sides of the disk and next to both wheels. When he got ready to edge a lawn he would wheel it into place and then flip the handle so the wheels were in the air and the disk was on the ground. He would then roll it back and forth along the curb or drive and allow it to cut through the grass that grew past that edge. Besides being faster than your power edger, he could usually push it along about as fast as he could walk, it also did not throw stuff all over the place and made it easier to clean up.

Hey I’m only 17 but I started my own business an I’m quite knowledgeable in the feild of pressure washing I always recommend people to use a 20” whirlaway classic an a machine that runs at 4gpm an at least 4500 psi that’s how u get the most bang for your buck sense you won’t have to overlap due to the arm not being able to rotate as fast.

so as far as the build goes you could either put a softer type tip on the sprayer or stand back a do a light spray over the house to remove excess dirt without making it to obvious you cleaned it. that would compliment the great job on the patio you just cleaned.

Note distance of firepit from building. It seems it is closer than before. I see this as possible liability if they don't realize it being too close and they decide to use it where you placed it and something happens. 10ft minimum from building/stucture/combustible materials is recommended. The further the better. Be smart and play it safe get a liability waiver. Ultimately it is customers responsibility but they may never move pit based on rust spot, so it may not be something that crosses their mind when the pit is 2-3ft closer to building.

A the beginning of the video, I noticed the new trailer. Really like it! I don't have any reason for a trailer right now, but I did buy a cargo rack with a ramp that goes into the hitch receiver on my truck. It took approximately 2 yards of me just loading the mower in and out of the bed before I said....this isn't going to work. Will be worth its price on those days with 3+ yards, and I have to lug the mower in and out at all of them. Nice job on the patio...maybe I need to get into pressure washing too now?
