I used to feel proud of my thick, beautiful hair and enjoyed styling and showing it off. But when I turned 28, I noticed that my hair was getting thinner and falling out more. I tried many different hair oils, shampoos, and conditioners, but nothing worked. I felt sad and frustrated. So, I decided to find out why this was happening. I learned that stress, not eating well, and hormonal changes can make hair fall out. I realized that I needed to fix these problems to help my hair. I started by eating healthier foods like greens, nuts, and eggs. I also made sure to drink plenty of water. This made my hair look and feel better, but I wanted more improvement. I tried natural things like coconut oil and onion oil to make my hair and scalp healthier. I also brushed and styled my hair gently and avoided using hot tools. To reduce stress, I did yoga and meditation. I also took walks in nature and did things that made me happy. But the biggest change came when I switched my hair oil and shampoo. I found a natural one called LittleExtra CocoOnion. It helped control my hair fall and made my hair and scalp feel fresh. Taking care of my hair every day made a big difference. It became healthier and thicker. I didn't lose as much hair in the shower or have bald spots on my scalp anymore. I felt more confident and happy with how my hair looked. Now, I make sure to use gentle and natural products on my hair and try not to get too stressed. I learned that taking care of my whole self is important for keeping my hair healthy and beautiful for a long time.
