$6,000,000.00, and their living in a motel? They could of built them houses by now!! They could of started a mobile home park and moved them into them! Really! Why are they still living in a motel at tax payers expense??? Who owned the property before being determined unliveable?? How did the city become responsible? Lots of questions!!😮
Almost 7 million and they're are in hotels? We're all struggling trying to pay our rent and they could have invested that money into building a new complex for them with room left over for other people to move in!
Im praying for all
There's a lot to this story we're not hearing about it's a possibility that this is another one of those stories where they kicking these people out and moving illegal immigrants in. Which is sad but it's happening a lot in the United States these days.

Well if so, they've not moved any in yet. I'm by that place frequently and looks the same as when this first happened, large fencing surrounding the place and appears to be empty via all the bare windows.

“We need to be housed” … and living in a hotel is no life at all? Can someone explain to me how living in a hotel is stopping someone from progressing in their life? Serious question… maybe I just don’t see it. 🤷🏻♂️

It is likely because they don’t actually pay their rent and are in either section 8 or housing. It’s a free ride only some get. I feel in all but some cases there should be like a 5 year limit on that. Should not be stuck on the taxpaying workers to pay for lazy people to live free.(not all cases are lazy people ofc)

I'm not putting my mouth on nobody. Praying for you in JESUS NAME.
The homeless people should go over there and camp. It's a 1000 empty apts, some not liveable, but most are.
😮 OH WOW I'd rather see American citizens get the money then illegal.. about damn time.
What started this change reaction in the first place? Some of there original places of housing were any better?
This is what happens when the Government tries to solve a problem that did not need to be fixed. Government to serve a limited role in our life.
I thought "colonial" anything is bad, so this is good right?
