For how boring and mad he looks on the sidelines. Belechick is actually fun to see smiling and praising legends. I hate him coaching but he on this show seems chill

He's always exuberant when he gets to talk about scheme or former players. I can't remember if it was earlier this year or last year but someone asked him a question about covering punts in a press conference and he spent 5 minutes answering when he normally says as little as possible in the press conferences.

What Antonio Gates accomplished after not playing a down in college is incredible. After one year of on-the-job training he became a Pro Bowl player. He was durable as he played into his late thirties. He caught more touchdowns than any other tight end. I agree with every tight end choice on this team, but leaving Gates out is just dumb.

It’s only interviews or during a game he doesn’t want to show emotion because the other team can capitalize on that. You want to stay neutral. I grew up racing for 25yrs under sponsorship and you never wanted anybody to know if a certain track made you nervous. I mean I lost a lot of friends that were killed and had a serious 185g crash at 162mph into a wall and was as close to dead as you can get in 2000. No Sharpe? But can't argue with the picks. They're all great. Why only 5, is the question. As a kid I suffered as a Boston and New England Patriots fan back most years in the 1970's. But for the Daryl Stingly incident and bush league (in those days) Patriots management shennaigans, you have to wonder what Russ Francis might have achieved in a dedicated career in pursuit of excellence at tight end. That guy had it all, except the drive after watching his pal Stingly loose the use of his legs out in the middle of the field.

When you thought of the Chiefs you thought of Tony G whenever I think Broncos I think Elway 🤷🏾♂️

Stop at 16:54 OH MY GOD hahahaha

Francis was an important member of the 80's 49ers. He was no longer a downfield threat, but he was still a tremendous blocker
I think their confusing pioneers to the best of all time
Lot of good tight ends could have made the list. Jay Novacek, Clint Didier, Dave Casper, Brent Jones, Heath Miller, Randy Grossman, to name a few.
You forgot to include Howard Cosell's favorite All-World TE Russ Francis. Wallowed for years on mediocre 1970's Patriots teams before finishing up on Bill Walsh's SB XIX team at the dawning of the West Coast offense.

Major part of that Patriots running game. But should have been a dominating presence in the West Coast Offense
I think all these guys totally deserve their spots but I think that Antonio Gates and definitely Jason Witten deserve a spot in here too
Will they ever do a segment on greatest deep snappers, or holders, or clipboard holders, or practice squad players? I guess not. Too bad.
