i love staring other island because i cant make that happen to my island xD. I'm playing achs without nintendo online and custom design, i just bought switch light last year and i cant afford to buy the dlc and online features BUT I'm still here analyzing and want to know more about design.

something that might be helpful is that some people post their custom designs in the grid format, allowing others to recreate them without having nintendo online! i’d recommend looking at like twitter, pinterest, and maybe even tumblr for some of those!

I have a cottagecore island with LOTS of trees on cliffs and in small areas and I have some mushroom and log paths down, but as for items and stuff, I’m not exactly sure what to do. I have my cliffs decorated for the most part, but no path designs on them lol I just got my island to 5 stars, but I’m still not done decorating imo. I will be adding design paths on my cliffs too Edit: Here’s the DA so you know what I mean: 4279-1238-8718.
