This worked perfectly on the first try! Thanks so much! First time I have ever gotten one of these to work. For those having problems, you have to do everything exactly as she says. No short cuts. No changing out items. And it has to be an empty lot. Just be the exact same sink.

@@majic7772 it was so long ago... I’m guessing it doesn’t work anymore, but there are better ways to get more simoleons and lifestyle points and everything. You need to download a hacked version of the game, and do a certain procedure to earn all the money, look for videos on that (:

Update! You can do the same thing with the orbs. Also your town cost won’t change because if you sell other furniture you will lose your town cost

Table top items that is expensive, it depends on you. There is a picture at the end of the video you can choose. If you don't have it, u have to find it in the houses you build in the architect section.

I did it 10 times now and it still works, so I think it does not have a limit. It will probably stop working when they fix it like all the other glitches. Just keep in mind that selling all the items you duplicated will get your town worth to a zero, so if you care about that, you should do all the selling at once, make like 20 million simoleons and then stop selling the items, and start building things to get your town worth back up.

There a better way though u can just go on Google and type sims freeplay app mod on just pres on the first link u see and then just click download but u have to delete you tho

You can find it in a architecture home. I found mine in the cafe grande grand prize .It can be any sink that allows you to place and item on.

You just have to build a villa house and find it there. It is a rare item, it is usually a brown color house.

No, bec the villa gray basin is the only sink you can put objects on top.

Yes, you can use the sim chase sink or chalet counter tops that could attaced to the wall and could put stuff on it.
