10 years ago on 6.13.2013 an artist was born. BTS went from being kids with a passion for music, join a bankrupt company bc other companies didn’t want them or they couldn’t afford to join them since it was too expensive, making music about youth/the injustices they and the lower classes faced such as the corrupt school system in their country, rights, and capitalism. other companies tried to pay shows to kick them out of broadcasts (which happened all the time) and not allow them onto promotional shows to let their own (big label artists) have the spotlights and not the “poor wannabes”… today 10 years from their debut BTS is the biggest group in the world, with thousands of records, hundreds of shows, and thousands on awards even breaking through here into the west such as getting grammy noms + Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards an unheard of feat for an Asian act. they are changing the music industry and History itself! though now they still face enemies, nothing has stopped them and they have continued on their journey to spread their messages and music.
