@Not Sure DDP yoga does actually seem legit. Seen videos of exercise channels analyzing DDP yoga in comparison to other exercise routines and says DDP yoga is a more obtainable and preferable exercise for common people over most. Also saw people on talk shows try out DDP yoga and they say they can feel the results after doing it, and I doubt they have any reasons to lie. Also in the documentary "You can't kill David Arquette", David went to DDP to help him get his body in shape begin training to be a legit wrestler. Pretty hard to argue against the results it seems to be getting all across the board. Also technically it was DDP's chiropractor who invented DDP yoga specifically for DDP after he had to retire from wrestling because he strained his body too much.

And remember, he was a 2002 superstar, same with Randy Orton who... actually was suspended during the 07 roid investigations. So, if anything, John Cena is possibly the cleanest Superstar thats been in the business longer than 5, 10 and 15 years. and soon, 20 years.

Well, if he's using the gear (and he was) then he can't even have a drop! Also, It's not as though they use the gear year round - they literally can't. Forgetting how hard it is on the body, at THAT level..? you're basically looking at about $6,000 to $8,000 a week (well these day's anyway). And that's not counting all the blood work and other assorted tests they'd have to go through; Everything from EKG's to clotting factor's HAS to be looked at - if not..? play Russian roulette w/a full auto MP-5. One builds the muscle mass the hard way - It's for either injuries (like triple H), his upper body benefited but it was mostly for healing his quad as fast as possible. In the good old days..? everyone from Arnold himself on down, basically spent anywhere from 6 to 8 hrs a day at the gym. They were professional athletes, that was their job. 10 weeks before a contest..? they'd gear up (and spend the next 3 months recovering). But that was it. If the WWE weren't such cheapskates, (and grade "A" cunts) so many horrible events could have been avoided.

Everybody from your mom, little brother and grandpa to athletes have taken it seriously with professional guidance and has committed to it, getting great results. And given how physical wrestling in wwe is (I recall they did around 260 days of shows at some point), getting your meals together and giving up on alcohol does quite a wild difference as well. The amount of alcohol they can consume on road it's a miracle any of them was in good looking condition.

There's a common misconception among most people about steroids and muscle-mass: Steroids don't build muscle, they build mass. Taking roids isn't an easy way to become Hercules, you'll get bigger yes, but you have to work out just as much or more otherwise that mass turns to flab. Guys like Triple-H or Jindar who left for awhile looking a little softer than usual and came back chiseled, mostly that means that because they weren't on the road 300+ days out of the year they finally had the time to hit the gym regularly for a proper workout.
