    Iyo Sky used the 619 a lot back in NXT and Japan, but they always referred to it by its “generic” name the Tiger Feint Kick.

    I wish Wikipedia had articles for Professional Wrestling Signature or Finishing moves, most don’t, I believe it takes you to an article that shows all of them instead of an individual article for most. I know the Diamond Cutter/ RKO has its own article.

    Raquel did use it, but Chavo’s is itself a familial inheritance, as he only adopted it following Eddie’s passing (given that Eddie was his Uncle). Eddie and Chavo also had familial ties in ring with both of their using of the Gory Special and Camel Clutch (both of which are rooted in the Guerrero family).

    somehow i thought "stayed" in the family would mean they were the only ones to do it... which is probably not true for ANY of these.. the samoan spike was the mongolian spike before Umaga did it, tho i already forgot who did it, and i searched before starting the video. i'm also fairly certain someone in NXT currently does the 619 as well, but maybe it's not a regular thing, i know i've seen at least one other person do it recently, and the announcers did even reference Rey Mysterio. didn't Jason Jordon do an angle slam just like his 'father' Kurt Angle? 🙃

    the Samoan Spike is one of those moves that looks terrible if it is done in a certain way or if it is not made to hit the opponent it looks dumb as hell but if it hits properly it looks decent

    Of course it’s all BS because they agree on what they will do, so it’s a circus but those r really good athletes, it ain’t easy and it’s dangerous. And they r very loyal to their champs, they let them fight even when they already 30-40 years in the sport even if they in reality would not win anything, and their „enemies“ have to be more careful with them.
