The rainbow cake failure creator didn't try. Putting on white icing and making colored cake layers is easy. I bet this person tried to layer every color over it and didn't cook the segments in separate pans. Yup, they didn't follow the instructions. Making the cake is easy, unless you try to skip steps like that person did.

Dude, my mum had a copper kettle for a while. I set it on boil and forgot about it, then heard screaming from the kitchen. when I ran in, she was throwing flour at something that used to be the kettle, but now was a crumpled bronze ooze that was shooting big, emerald green flames up to the ceiling. I've gone the pasta and American cheese slices route. I'm no great cook (if there are not explicit instructions on the box or package, I don't buy it) but I've never been that bad. I had loads of pasta and gub'ment cheese so I added cubes of that cheese with a torn up slice or American to a splash of milk in the microwave, then added that to the still hot noodles. It's semi okay while hot, but once it cools down the cheese makes the leftovers hard as a brick.

I actually believe #3 was intended that way. I know it as Papageienkuchen (eng.: parrot cake). You dye your mix in different colors, layer them in the cake pan and use a fork to gently "fold" the colors together without mixing them.

I think number one was that challenge when you cook coke down untill you reduced all the liguid out. Stuf like that tends to cook over the rim, because it traps air underneath its surface when it becomes solid.

i was about to comment something like that

I was cooking for my grandma once and i forgot the pot of boiling water and peas on the stove (Grandma was kind of weird). I got back to the kitchen a while later to see the pot on fire. I felt really bad when I grabbed it and threw it outside and water flew out of it. I know it was the peas stuck to the side that were on fire, but I will still say that I have literally burned water.

And today's lunch is macaroni and FUCK IT along with a nice tar cake

I once tired to make eggs with my roommate's egg pan that had a plastic handle and I ended up melting the handle clean off and having to explain why our building had to evacuate.

That's what I thought that person was going for.

My school made grilled cheese today, but all it was a piece of kraft cheese between two uncooked bread slices.

This has got to have some of Hellbent's best commentary! Non stop laughter!

I am guessing the last one is some sort of molten over cooked sugar. like she tried to make caramel and it turned into napalm.
