runecrafting can be very profitable, smithing can be too, anachronia agility course can get someone a decent amount of money if you go for the double surge/escape books

Flipping according to Nuzz: buying item for higher, selling for lower.

@Alex, the main reason the barrows weapons are worth money is because you need 1 melee weapon for defender, ahrim's staff for rebounder, and karil's crossbow for the repriser. Also, barrows items have undead components, but they are rare and expensive. Hope this information helps.

Some thing that I learned, make sure your Bone Crusher doesn’t crush the bones because the clue won’t proc unless the bone drops on the ground

Do you mean clues won't drop from hellhounds unless the bones drop? If so that's not true. Bonecrusher and a bone necklace is a great way for free infinite prayer points while killing hellhounds, and the clues still drop.

As a frequent Giant Mimic killer myself, I have to point out that for elite Mimic you really need to have 100% accuracy and/or decent damage, otherwise you will not succeed. This doesn't mean you shouldn't try it! Its a great way to learn prioritize your attacks and read mechanics!

Just tried the easy clue scrolls. On the second scroll I got 3M go. Thank you for the tips!

I prefer to just lose money all the time!

A good tip for slayer mobs is to bank drops for 5 tasks, then sell everything. That makes it feel like you make way more cash than selling drops after each task.

I make loot tabs and sell ‘em all in bulk

Gnome deliveries can net you around 25-30m per hour. The bulk of your earnings will be grand seed pods and the occasional gnome scarf. Shop runs can be done even on a new character. Buying runes, meats and some other odds and ends can quickly net you some daily cash. If you have an alchemizer built in the invention guild, you can buy profitable alchables in bulk and dump them in.

Question it is a good idea to purchase the member thing for a beginner?

Answer to your question is yes, because HM glacor is a streaking boss secondary drops like charms and troves are not apart of the drop table, big oversight imo but it’s whatevs

Dark beasts at 3m an hour is consistent money, but you need like a bunch of quests and levels for it. Still worth mentioning

I believe ahrims staff is used to create the magic defender which can be further upgraded to tier 80 and 90 with nex and kalphite king. That’s why its so expensive.

You do not need to make the defender to get the next tier of defender dropping, so no.

If you have invention unlocked, and leveled up some, you can make use of invention machines to generate passive income. I personally use the alcher and the disassembler for some easy money.

I just went to the group bossing world or world 2. There should usually be people and you just go in!

I had to twirl before the crossroad at rimmington for an easy cluescroll and it did not work. Apparently the graphical overhaul messed up the location. Super annoying, i threw the scroll away lol

im a huge clue scroll guy and didnt know about the totem that skips a step. thats gonna be a big time saver in the long run

me just smelting rune bars on my almost 20yo account thinking "maybe this time i will get a bond and become a member"

Started flipping maybe 3 4 weeks ago if that and startes at 80m and now Im at about 260m. Havent lost money on a single trade yet and its a good way to cover your costs for supplies you need for yourself. Highly recommend and wish Id started much sooner, id already have t90 weapons if i had lol

I like to 0 time gp on an alt, doing something really afk like smithing or archeology really adds up over time.

I'd say Herb Runs but they require a lot of setup so a newbie may not have as many profits. Other than that, I'd probably do some Elite Dungeon 4 Rushing, which is basically doing the first section of the dungeon on Normal Mode and hoping to get some Slivers.

Full runs do have some prep work, but there are several patches that are right nearby lodestone teleports. You're going to be at it for a while doing the druid point shop if you don't bumrush with beans, so best to get started early.

Why do none of you ever mention dagannoth kings? I have made over 300m farming them in the last two weeks and it's one of the fastest moneymakers in the game right now. Their rings are going up in value really fast. Archers ring hit 20m today. You make at a minimum 2m per hour NOT including any drops besides hides and bones. Giant mimic is better money killing beginner. Drop rate for scrims are higher as it has less drops and you can kill it much faster.

On another vid about the mimic alot of ppl were saying killing before the time cap was almost impossible

@@jamiemcnally7952 That doesn't sound right unless I'm missing something. They're about 2200gp right now which would take 9090 runes to get 20m. That's about 150-166 runes per minute. You can make almost 10,000 runes in an hour? By my calculations it's between around 3.4 to 4m per hour.
