    I don’t like cucumbers by themselves and I don’t know why. I don’t really like melons very much either. But I have a cucumber smoothie recipe that I am making every single day. Here it is: One cut up cucumber, do not peel it One cup grapefruit juice About one cup cottage cheese Splash of vanilla Stevia to taste When that up and drink it for breakfast in the morning. I have been doing this every day.
