the thing about a rolex is that you gain an almost instant raise in customer service and attention at some places. Others they don't care, but its the only watch brand known well enough to be elite while not being unknown

I have a beautiful Bulova I love…. I would trade it and my dog for an $8,000 Patek Philippe. To be fair, it isn’t my dog, it is my girlfriend’s dog and he is an asshole.

Gotta ask, what's your opinion on Citizen watches? I have the WR 209 diver watch I got from my dad. I really enjoy it and have had zero issues with it. It has the Eco-Drive that charges the phone via solar power and also keeps time with radio signals.

That's a Pelagos FXD. The Pelagos with bracelet has been out for years in Blue and Black in 42mm case size. There's also a 39mm Pelagos no date version released within the last year.

I’m a Grand Seiko fan but when I see these videos I’m always struck by the psychology of it all. If a person is making $30k/year, the watch they should be looking down at is a $20 Timex. Anything more than that is stone cold ignorant and essentially fraudulent. Your watch quality (and corresponding price) is a reflection of your stage in life and overall wealth. I’m a big believer that the home you own, vehicle you drive, watch etc you have, are a reflection of your life and displaying levels beyond your genuine life is just showboating and phony
