Tomas Nilsson He's always been the perfect voice. Specially in the first albums. Back In Black - Do I need to say anything? For Those About To Rock - Insane range and voice control. Flick Of The Switch - Amazing power on his voice, it sounds very raw. Fly On The Wall - He still had a great voice, however, the production was kind of bad so his voice sounds weid, you can still listen to the remix version of Shake Your Foundations.

His natural vocal range is a baritone, which is far lower than the range that he sings in pretty much all the time which is basically screaming and straining his vocal chords. I gotta admit though, it sounds pretty cool.

Man to get a reference as to how old this video is and hearing people talking about how Brian Johnson WAS the best singer for AC/DC of all time without realizing they would make yet another album (and a much needed on at that cuz we all now what was going on the very same year the album came out) to commemorate a fallen brother and friend really blows my mind that even after what happened to Johnson he still had one more album to complete with the band

I went to school with his nephew (Mark), and he was always coming back from tours with stories and t-shirts :) Was a nice kid as well. One story he told was about Brian being sponsored by Harley Davidson. He had to wear a Harley T-shirt every night of the tour and he'd get a Harley at the end of it. Apparently he didn't wear it one night so they said he couldn't have the motorbike. So he said: "well fuck you I've got one anyway" hehehe which sounds believable.

No one, and I mean no one, was perfect for AC/DC other than Brian Johnson after the passing of Bon Scott. Axl Rose's disastrous step in proved that beyond a shadow of a doubt. I can honestly say if they ever made an album with him it would be the only one I would never own.

All the best Brian. I'm too young to have seen the Bon Scott days, but old enough to have rocked out at a few concerts in the 80's.. Can't think right now of a better live band I attended.

Back in my teen years me and my buddies went to a AC/DC concert I had met 2 different girls by the end of the concert I couldn't decide what girl I was going to go home with I started to go with one blowing the other one off. Got to her car and changed my mind deciding I'd rather go with the other girl so I ran to try and catch up with her and ended up getting left by both girls. Had to call my older brother to come and pick me up early in morning at Houston stadium. I didn't get laid that night but as I was waiting for my brother in back part of stadium a limo pulls up and I actually got to meet the whole band. Meeting Brian and young brothers was mind blowing.

Nicest guy in rock. If there's one superstar I'd just like to sit and chat with it's Brian Johnson. Also mad respect to AC/DC, one of the few bands in the world that respect their fans enough to not dick about with their style. Just create more kickass rock.
