<ストーリー>
インターネットで日本のことを調べているうちに新潟県南魚沼市に興味を持ったグエンさん。来日を決意し、南魚沼市及び周辺地域のさまざまな場所を訪れます。地元の人々との出会い、交流の中から、生活に必要となる日本語及び日本事情を学んでいきます。
<Story of the video clips>
The heroine, named Nguyen, lives in a foreign country. When she is checking out the information about Japan, she is interested in Minamiuonuma city, Niigata prefecture. After that, she comes to Japan and visits some places in Minamiuonuma city and around that area. She meets some local people, and studies Japanese language and culture, which she needs to live in Japan.

Thanks for your comment. The meaning of the adverb "chotto" varies, which depends on the context. For example, as in this video, chotto means "No thank you"/ "I'm sorry. I can't" as a reply to an invitation to an activity, which typically ends with "Verb masen ka?" "Chotto", as in "Chotto matte kudasai"(Wait for a moment, please.), which I assume you have in your mind, means "a while" or "a second" To break down the phrase; chotto(a while/second), matte(to wait), kudasai(sentence ending signifying polite request, whose literal meaning "give, please").
Can't believe Nguyen and Yuta get together at the end of season 1. What a twist!
