@@richardharrold8658 Iv lost friends that way n came close with family too n it's hard to know someone suffering in silence. My friend phoned me at 5am one time n I was tired but I realised what that call meant n went round to her house n just sat n had a wee drink together n talked for hours. She didn't have to say what she was thinking n I'm not a guy who knows the right words to say so just being there can matter so much n to know there are people who care. If you feel that down always reach out if you can to someone there is no shame in feeling that way especially if you had it rough. People do care my friend. Just hearing a friendly voice or knowing someone is there can make all the difference sometimes 👍

Especially coming from humble beginnings! & yet. Every fight of his i watch, it leaves me wanting too watch him again and again! I Hope he can take it all the way! 💪 I’m sure many already regard him as a peoples champion! (Everything he has been advocating!)

I have never had to follow any diets and I never consider how much fat, sugar or carbs and proteine there is in what I eat... I couldn't gain 5 kg if my life depended on it... And I can't even begin to understand how some ppl have to be constantly on the guard when it comes to their diet and eating habits...

same... I've been doing (attempting) bodybuilding while having an eating disorder, and it's impossible for me to pack more than 155 lbs of mass on my 5'10" frame... since bulk is unobtainable for me, I double-down on definition, sculpting and shreddedness... I even got Certified as a Nutrition Coach (CNC-NASM, I'm also a CPT-NASM) in the effort to optimize my eating to be the most efficient, and still... I can't break 155, and I want to be at 175, w/10.0% body fat... I would look like Frank Zane at 175/10%, instead I look more like Paddy... the fattest I've ever managed has been 180 lb. with 13.9% body fat, and I looked awful-- I went from 31" waist, to 34" waist... i was disgusted with myself, this was during COVID... had to workout at home and was pretty depressed, still not really over it) Instead of chicken, rice and broccoli, I eat whole-fat greek yogurt, potatoes, fruit, and ice cream (only slightly exaggerating...) I eat ice cream like a 39 year old, 200 lb, single woman...
