Hi Mr. Blyden. Love your Marketing of the USVI. It is so informative. Question: How soon should a person fill out the USVI travel portal before their trip. Do you know that some of the information you mentioned in this video has since been updated. They now require a Negative PCR or Antigen test 24 hours before your trip at this time. Thanks again. All travels from the us mainland have to the USVI will have to visit: usvitravelscreening.com Non-vaccinated travelers must upload a negative COVID test result from test taken no more than 5 days from travel date. I suggest taking the test as early as possible to ensure results come back in time. Vaccinated travelers may upload their “proof of vaccination” and be exempted from having to be tested to travel.

Hetep Bro! Thanx for making/posting this! I was supposed to be in St. Croix earlier this month -- work stuff got in the way... I'm still coming. I was also apprehensive about coming in August because it seems that there aren't any dance/music venues/events or parties on St.Croix. Bro where do visitors go to dance (salsa, rumba, bassa nova, club...), hear live music (jazz, R&B, ethnic/Afrikan...), etc? Do the USVI celebrate/include Kwanzaa or other Afrikan Diaspora cultural traditions. Thanx for the Carnival dates/info. I have to laugh cuz I always think it's funny when people talk about how hot it is where they are. I'm coming from Central TX where it can be 80-90+F in January and 100-108F from May to September.

I don't like on st. croix but they are a couple places you can go and enjoy any type of music. St. Croix also has two major cities with a buzzing night life on the weekends.

I’ve never stayed at Divi, but I’ve only heard good things from people who have stayed there.

Driving on St. Thomas is the most dangerous part of visiting and takes some getting used to. You drive left side steering wheel cars on the left side (not right) of road. Rental cars are poorly maintained. Check all lights and tire condition before you leave. Document all damage before you leave. Connect your smartphone to the car's navigation screen using apple carp play or android connect. Have a person in front seat help you navigate. Roads are treacherous with sharp corners, potholes, no rules for natives, sheer drop offs.

Some day I will be there

Will be here in May with some girlfriends. Can't wait!

We’ve never been to the Caribbean. We’re finally able to get away in September. We were considering St Thomas. Yes, we know it’s hurricane season, but what gave us pause was the increase in rain and rainy days. My question, in September is the sky totally overcast with continuous rain on rainy days? Or partly cloudy sky’s with an occasional down pour? Thanks for the videos

The weather in September is a mixture of partly cloudy and sunny days. It’s not necessarily overcast because it’s hurricane season. This year we’ve seen lots of “Sahara dust” which helps to abate the storms.

You will have to catch a taxi from the airport to the downtown Charlotte Amalie area. Or if you’re traveling lite you you can walk a half mile out to public transportation during the hours of 7am to 7pm, it’ll be just $1

Yes. Anytime you come is a good time. The hurricane season ends in November and that’s when the busy season for tourist picks up around here so there’ll be lots of things for you to do.

Unfortunately there isn’t. The closet Safari transport bus too is about a half mile away from the airport.

T- Mobile and AT&T work great down here :-) You're not roaming, it's all covered because we are a US territory. Virgin mobile and Verizon have horrible service down here though :-(

Thank you for your earlier response. Yesterday the news media dropped this bomb. “A record amount of seaweed is choking shores in the Caribbean”. “Gov. Albert Bryan of the U.S. Virgin Islands said he asked President Joe Biden to declare a federal emergency” I search every live cam I could find in the St Thomas region. I found no evidence of sargassum. Are there large amounts of seaweed settle on the beaches of St Thomas, St John, Tortola or Jost Van Dyke? Thanks again

Our weather averages between 80 to 87 degrees all year round!

I am thinking about moving permanently to st. Croix. I am a devout catholic so I need a good catholic church. I am not rich at all. And I have state health insurance with alot of health issues. Is it worth doing in my situation? What about employment and taxes and cost of living? How do I buy a car there? I have a small dog, are pets allowed? Are there alot of Christians there and...is it safe for white Americans and Christians?

Yes it’s safe to move to st croix for people of all race religion and creed. Pets are welcome as well. You may have to take your time in searching for a good place to rent that won’t nickel and dime you.

It’s not legal as yet. There is a bill in motion in the senate. You can however carry minimum amount for personal use but not more than a certain amount for distribution or same without a business license.

No. There it one topless beach on st Thomas that I know of and it’s called Little Magens. It’s located close to Magens Bay beach. Most locals know where it is.
