For tent stay - Around 1100 -1200 for one night tent stay / person that included camp fire and a meal for morning/night. Activities like banana ride and motor boat starts from ~ 500.
is it possible to ask only the services of a particular hotel

Gokarna is best visited post monsoon because the climate is pleasant. Currently there has been rainfall and floods in the north Karnataka. By August end, i think the situation will settle. You may plan it mid sept onwards.

Hello, for temples you can wear a decent dress. Beaches you can wear shorts, short dresses or anything that's comfortable beach wear. For trek, you can carry good shoes.
