@@masterofmyownwrld4906 It's not that I disrespect Sam, but it's weird to refer to someone as they/them when they aren't anonymous. It's just gramatically strange for me at least but of course I respect him/her. But I see phrases like "I like them" or "I support them" I think of multiple people.

@@Ambidextr0uss cmon, Sam came out as non binary and the proper pronouns for a non binary person are They/Them. We as humans can try to respect that and not try to invalidate who THEY are by not addressing THEM by their preferred pronoun... It's being Kind, Conscious and Accepting.

Turns out I didn't get it :/ Apparently it is not like "the royal we" since the monarchs actually use we as a first person pronoun. Good news is that you can choose whayever you like e.g. xe, ze, co and ey. Maybe people should just wear signs ha? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-binary_gender

I know what he means about being able to physically hold something that is important to you. I grew up in the 90s-2000s, and even though I like having a huge digital library of all my favorite artists and their albums, I like to have a physical copy as well. it just means so much to actually be able to hold it in your hands. same goes for books. I'm not really into audiobooks or e-readers. I much prefer being able to hold the book, and turn the pages.
