Honestly, men don't take nearly enough time to watch these kinds of videos (i.e. work on themselves) than women do, believe me. It's the reason I don't really coach men anymore unless I'm sure they're invested in finding success and ready to work

I have also noticed that!! I think as much as women need to be thoughtful and sensitive towards how emotionally complex and vulnerable men are, men also need to step up to the plate and really work on learning about our needs, desires and how to serve us. The best relationships occur when both people selflessly invest in each other- and find joy in doing so!

Even if you do all these things, if the guy doesn't really want you all the way for you, it won't work. I did them ALL for my ex boyfriend of 2.75 years. If they truly can't love you, doing those things will definitely make them feel good, very good, but not claim you as a wife.

Finding both partners love languages is huge. I thought my husband didn’t really care about me and what I did for him and the kids. Turns out his love language was Acts of Service. He would take my car on a Sunday afternoon and fill it up with gas for the week for me. He did lots of these types of gestures that made my life easier. I am split between Giving Gifts and Words of Affirmation. He thought I didn’t care as much since I didn’t do little things for him. I did give small unexpected gifts and I praised him and his accomplishments. Once we both read the book, our love became stronger and we recognized the love the other person was showing.

In practice when that person is right in front of you, and there is individual personalities and experiences and baggage and all the other BS of life, it gets tricky. Theories or tips are an outline to consider, but real life (nor a successful relationship and all that enters into it) is done or lived in a vaccuum :)

He soon found out I was very open to wanting to make sure his needs were being meet. Almost 9 years married, 3 kids later, we are completely open to each. We get each other. We push each other to keep going and accomplish goala. We even talk about our sexual desires and what we fantasie about. I found for a lot of couples that seems to be a hard mountain to climb over. Foreplay, dress up ect. But Ryan your great. Thanks for your videos.

  • @lindseyharrison3692

You mentioned love languages briefly in your video. It is good to distinguish that people have both giving and receiving love languages. For instance, I feel most loved when I feel like I have gotten the quality of a person’s time, or an individual actively took notice of specific things and asked me about them later. However I primarily show my love through acts of service and words of affirmation. I inevitably give quality time to others, but that is not the primary way through which I show my love for people. The way a guy may give love is not necessarily how they receive love.

I hate being in crowds n I hate flowers which he loves coz I save him $$$ coz I hate Valentine's day. I rebuke Valentine's more than I rebuke my own arrogance level. I was a lesbian n he enjoys me in the store boasting about the only 1 I've ever truly desired is him not just a good looking woman that I tell her she is very pretty face; body; clothes. You can give a compliment to beauty w/ out having sexual desire for them. Every time I give women; woman a compliment then we go to our n he opens up my door he either grabs my ass n tells me I'm his dream wife or he kinda pulls my shirt to peak at my breasts n smacks his lips telln me how hungry he is as I'm just smiling at him.

If you get in with his momma, especially if he's Latino, oooh, girl, that's GOLD right there. If his sisters, brothers, parents like you, and I mean REALLY like you, you're in. Family is usually #1 for a guy and if you can't get along with his family, that's not a good thing. Even if you don't like his mom or his sister, play it cool and be polite. They'll come around, and if they don't, that means they don't want their son (or brother) with you. But it's ESPECIALLY important to get in good with his momma. Most men who've had a healthy mother-son relationship absolutely ADORE their MOMMYYYYY so you MUST be in good with his mom. That's #1. IF he has a daughter, his daughter is #1 and if she don't like you, he won't date you. LOL You don't have to be all prim and proper, but respectful is what a mother wants to see in her son's potential partner. Don't mess with his momma. LOL

The only thing I really wonder is how do you deal or embrace such a flaw as psychological manipulation or gaslighting. We’ve been together for 1.6 years and I only recently started noticing it. But I can’t discuss it with him cause he always turns everything in his favour; calls me a woman and guilt trips me. I try to focus on myself and he notices it, but overtime he is more quiet and also pulls off. Idk what the heck he wants anymore. Oh no I do. Probably me doing what he tells me to do unquestionably. :(

I always hear the same thing in theses videos about girls should start initiating sex more but to be honest I've never actually really had a man that does that to me it's always been me that start so I'm actually a firm believer that men need to start doing this a little bit more women want to feel important like that too and when a woman doesn't have her man initiate it to her and makes her feel not wanted. Men I know struggle hard with starting it

I follow a few dating coaches because I appreciate the advice on the male psyche. but would like to subscribe to channels that focus exclusively on the dynamics between married couples. The dating advice doesn’t apply to me, but I haven’t come across anyone/channels giving similar advice to wives

Im no expert Kimberly but if there is one thing Ive learned. Follow your gut instincts, thats why we have them. If you have to ask "Is he playing me?" then deep down you already have your answer. Dont be afraid of losing him if you decide to cool things down. 1) If he isnt playing you and genuinely wants to be with you then he will fight to warm things up again. 2) If he is a player he wont even notice your MIA anyway so you dodged a bullet. Its a win win Good luck hun, hope my words have helped in some way. With honesty to oneself comes happiness

But by us presenting our best awareness, we have a better chance of rejecting those who'll never be good for us, and drawing in those who will. The other alternative, for either, I guess, is"How's that working for you?" 😊
