Please don’t forget to cook your frozen berries before eating them because they are not properly washed. If you eat them regularly it’s better to cook them to kill off the bacteria first. What we usually do is wash then cook all our berries frozen and put them in ice tray and freeze them , then one iced berry cube is good for our müsli in the morning. It’s not indicated on the packaging that you’re supposed to do that and that’s deceiving but I encourage you to do research on that !(: For the rest, great video and keep it up 🎉👍🏽

@@hnnhml As the berries are frozen, it keeps some bacteria and pesticides. It’s better to wash and cook them before. Yes there’s less vitamins after but the sanitary standards of frozen fruits are not as high as fresh berries. Fresh berries are better, but I get that they really don’t last and sometimes are off season. But frozen fruits are not sanitary enough. You can keep eating it and maybe nothing will happen but there’s a risk. I would recommend you doing a bit of research about it. There you can decide what you want to do. You can start with this video if you want : kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z4yMtrOIY8e2mKg.htmlsi=6G8JrSX5ybel5N_H . Again, I don’t want to tell you what to do. It’s just I didn’t know and it was really deceiving for me to learn. I don’t want to fear monger either 🥲

@@hnnhml we call it „Onleihe“. So you get an account, can download the e-book or read it with an app and have f. e. 30 days to read the book. I used it several times with my tolino. Sometimes you have to wait long to get your favorite book, because it’s not available like unlimited; there are f. e. 3 examples online to lend. But you can use like a waiting list. The same principle like a „real“ library.

@@hnnhml my message got lost? It’s called „Onleihe“ it’s the same principle like a normal lend, but just online. Like a virtual library. But the books are not available unlimited, sometimes you have to be on a waiting list too. I don’t know if every library has this concept. 🙂🙂
