The last part of this, i found it weird as well, but getting abused in the 70 to 90's it's kinda reasonable, but due to the fact that William punishes Mike for having bad grades. Having good grades in school can have a lot of meanings, but getting punished or abused has been a normal thing back those old days, people can have reasons to abuse even its not right to abuse. But we cannot blame them at all, people are all different and different feelings and personalities, it can be for some reason. It is a nice video btw.

In my AU, there are two types of dead people. Spirits and souls. Souls are the one who is stuck in something as in possessing it. They have the bruise from the way they died. Spirits are free and don't posses anything. They have no bruise or injury from the they died. But once again if anyone don't want there Aftons, missing children, Emilys or whatever to not look dead, they have the choice.

I'm going to add onto the thing about them being emotionless, because its something that could be addressed. Making Michael being emotionless, or "depressed" makes 0 sense at all, but with William being emotionless sort of makes perfect sense since he's obviously a sociopath with is someone who can't/doesn't feel empathy for anyone or anything, its just their brain and how they were born, but sometimes it can be confused with being emotionless.

info about the making aftons looking alive thing and only abusing michael: the reason the aftons look alive is that in some peoples au William makes illusions disc to make them look alive and the reason only michael is getting abused is that in some other peoples au C.C and Elizabeth does nothing, just play and stuff like that when michael bullies other people, gets into fights and smokes.

Well... I think there is a logical explanation to Aftons looking alive. Spirit and body are usually not connected. When body feels physical pain, spirit won't feel a thing. So when body dies, spirit just leaves it and ascends to a better place completely unharmed and looks like an alive person, just almost invisible and don't feel pain anymore.

To explain the dead but looking alive thing, I have two words for you: illusion disc's. The disc's could make them look normal. And for the emotionless Michael and William thing, I have a good explanation for William. Since he's so uncaring, he could be a sociopath, and sociopaths typically don't feel many emotions.

Wouldn't necessarily say "get over it" in regards to depression I doubt you mean it in a bad way but logically speaking it's kinda hard to say when someone will recover from something like that as even people who suffer from the same situation are affected differently and some cope better than others, there are also different types of depression that make them vary from other types and how it affects the person. Otherwise good points sometimes things really don't make sense or follow new typical situations (like Michael being abused which is slowly turning into him always being the favorite- like there's other kids too)

There is no proof of Micheal getting abused well getting ignored by ur parrent is an type of abuse but that really doesn't effect the child to the point of depression we literally only have him being protagonist on many of the fnaf games but there is almost nothing known about him we know cc the most from the mini games and cc has seen some shit.

Uh actually depression is more than just "uncontrollable sadness" as I said there's different types they usually have common traits but then they have things that separate them and frankly it's more than just feeling sad that's a common misconception thinking depression or feeling depressed is just feeling sad, what you are correct in is that yes you can feel depressed but you don't need to have depression to feel depressed, depression is just what happens when you constantly have these depressed feelings and characteristics. Trauma can lead to depression but it all depends how badly the person is affected a common example of this is those who suffer from PTSD (or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) they suffered a huge trauma and sometimes can end up dealing with depression as well.

I agree, all of the afton children have gone through some sort of abuse and neglect, Michael is the oldest so basically the one responcible for his siblings, so if the kids got in trouble it would be his responcibility to fix the problem, but all of the children would get punished. And I know that William would go further than slapping his child but it definetly wouldnt be only michael that he hurt, as many of us also know michael bullied C.C. so why the heck would he be the victim of C.C.'s anger if he was so scared of mike in the scene before the bite? ALL OF THE KIDS HAD ISSUES.

well the afton children does go to school in my au because some au's, alive people are living in the same street so it is gonna be kinda weird and suspicious to the alive people why the children's don't go to school, but you could say there home school but then people are gonna be tempted to peek inside of the window but then ur gonna be like " they could have there blinds close " but then it will be more suspicious to people and having the blinds close when it is the middle of summer, then people gonna report to the po po then there house is gonna get check then- but if their living in a abandon place, some how people need to go there and build new houses when they can not find area to build new houses. The fact that i write this much for this- and i also see a lot of comments saying lot of stuff about ur opinions but keep doing content!! Ur videos are amazing!!! That alive dead part well I do understand but some people might not like characters that have scars all over to them after all just because you are dead doesn't mean you have to look like you came out of world war 3 . Maybe it is more of art style then plot . Because no lies aren't demons just humans with wings tail and horns in anime/games/gacha most of time. Doki doki literature club for example art is cute but you know what happens in the game . Just because it is a horror genre it doesn't have to look ugly and gore all over . İt is more unsettling when it is more cutesy sometimes . I can count so many examples but it would be too long . *Add flying orb affects on their background to make it appear like souls, since fnaf is about souls suprisingly you can't see any in there. İt would be great detail too .* *Make them floating if you want, I mean they are dead and it would be fun to see them floating . İt is more on comedic side but still works* *I would say making the skin more on less bright not darker, more greyish it could be done by effects tint on character to make it appear more dead* *maybe removing pupils could work since they are dead their pupils wouldn't be reactive I think, eye glow as well . İt would be more "dull" "lifeless"* * İf still want to understand if they are dead or not I have an idea Alive one is more visible but dead version could be half visible like a ghost you could see the background a lil lowering transparency should make them look like ghosts * * Or just take out eye glow of character to make them dead* *Maybe name tag works too* I could come up with billions of ideas to help . Feel free to use them if you read these . I used to be a gacha content creator but I quit due to I got bored , school started but I still like watching videos so if these helped anyone. I would be happy . Let's be real not everyone watches full theory videos so they might be unaware of something's or have different ideas for their aus so it should be in description on their videos . In my Au they look alive, there’s a reason luckily! For me Michael wears paint (or makeup), and the others use a illusion disk, sometimes they do look dead, when it dies!

Tbh, most of the reasons of what you hate in the afton family movies made me realize that when I watch some afton family movies, some of them made them look alive, some of them make Michael depress, and some having soft William inside(I don't really like this). Sorry if you get cringe.
