He is the most functional and open celebrity about his mental health struggles despite not sometimes knowing how to get professional help for said issues. This guy got me into basketball, MJ made me stay there, and Pippen, disregarding current book selling statements, made me appreciate it more. Love the worm!

I love Dennis Rodman man! He doesn't try to be anyone but himself and he isn't afraid to show it. He was just ahead of his time and was such a unique individual. Crazy how everyone was criticizing what he was wearing in the 90s and now a lot of artists and athletes today has the same style.

Only Michael Jordan was bigger in the 90s than Rodman. Think about this, he was winning titles with the Bulls, going out with Madonna and Carmen Electra, in WCW with the NWO, starring in movies, dressing up in wedding dresses, and everyone wanted to know what was going to happen next with Dennis Rodman. Underrated thread

Man went to Vegas for 48 hours then came back to the NBA Finals locking everyone down and controlled the backboard like no one else. I can't think of anyone else that can do that, come back, and still be the best at what they do.

While everyone idolized MJ in the 90’s , I always looked up to Rodman . Not for the fact that he was an amazing defense in the court , but because he was never afraid to show his true colors . No matter how media portrayed him . Gave 2 shh about the status quo but was super humble to the people who needed a little hand . So many people tend to forget the magic trio the bulls had in the 90’s (MJ,Rodman & pippen) without the three, the bulls wouldn’t have had the legacy they left behind . 🐂

Dennis Rodman is an icon and an inspiration to anyone who wants to be themselves. A beacon of hope in the face of adversity. I was never really connected with basketball or anything but just seeing his tenacity, in a less than accepting society is inspiring

I first saw Dennis Rodman with Van Damme in Double Team. I was too young to be watching that movie, but it was a third world country in the 90s. He was such an icon to me. Glad to see him healthy and well after all this time.

I admire how true is to himself he is.

I wouldn't wear his style, but I have nothing but respect for someone who does what he wants. And clearly, it's worked out for him

This what it looks like to live your life as truthful and real as possible. Most of us wish we had the confidence to be that fearless.

I was at a casino around ten years ago and Rodman walked through. He had around a dozen women (all around 5' tall) scampering after him. For each stride he made, they shuffled around 30 steps in their little heels to keep up. The girls looked like Scooby Doo characters when their legs would spin in circles and become a blur. He nearly lost them when they hit a flight of stairs.

Growing up in the 90s I always knew this man was different and appreciated his free expression. This video proved it even further.

I already liked Rodman immensely. But after watching he loves Black by Pearl Jam, he now might be in my top 5 favorite humans ever.

Loved Rodman as a Spurs fan back in '95 👌 but joining the Bulls was golden 🔥. Those summers(96-98) were awesome 🔥. I really miss em .

He is sane as in his not schizophrenic or has bipolar etc. He has experienced mental health issues in the past and some people speculate that he could have a form of high functioning autism but he is very much sane. A psychiatrist would diagnose him as sane but would probably agree that he is eccentric
