The Mario rap song wasn’t from the movie it was actually originally in “the super Mario brothers super show” aka my childhood (just wanted to make a quick note I’m not mad or anything just letting you know) and fun fact: the girl in the ad in the movie was voiced by the same person who voiced princess toadstool in the show

The artwork in the credits is technically Non-canon, but i think the song "It's a mad world without you" is canon, considering Horror Mario was stuck in the cartridge for 30 years(sounds familiar), and now he killed the two things he enjoyed torturing so its kind of a sad ending for everyone

Ending 2: He is now a "plaything" puppeteered by "M," as shown in "The End" screen after the credits. Ending 3: It's just the developers of this mod indicating that Boyfriend is dead, supported by the lyrics of M's self-reflection in the song that plays during the end credits. In regards to Pico being alive, if there is a Mario’s Madness V3 or V2 update, it would be his objective to free Boyfriend’s and Girlfriend's souls from eternal torment, beating or escaping M once and for all.

A small fun fact about both Overdue and Promotion, when going to the final phase of each song, the text in the description on the pause menu changes. On Overdue it goes from it's normal text to "It's too late", a reference to what he says before Mario is dropped into lava. For Promotion, in the final phase it goes from the regular description to "Now you will know their suffering". Thought this was pretty neat and had to mention it somewhere!

the name “power and demise” might be a bit of a reference to nintendos “cease and desist” *totally not foreshadowing what might happen to the mod*

Correction: The Luigi in Abandoned’s name is Classified Luigi. Not L is Real Luigi, or Abandoned Luigi. And the reason why Ultra M switches between multiple characters, and copies voices at the end. Is because it was confirmed that Horror Mario got this form by absorbing all of the other characters you’ve faced, which tells us that he is the most powerful character in the mod.

Small thing, but thank you so much for not doing the "Mike Robertson" thing for Costume because literally the only evidence for that is him using a knife, which is really generic, whilst it would raise a bunch of questions like why he would be referenced in Classified Castle, without Annielogue's knowledge, when no other character in the mod does this "Composite Character" sort of thing.

Pretty sure custom is also slightly based on the Spanish creepy-pasta “the Mario killer” which was basically subtly brought in as Costume.

Btw you missed that there is backing vocals in act 4 of all stars, tbh they are so quitet im not surpresed you missed them😂 also in the end of unbeatable its a tie since the health is in the middle.

Additional fact about Omega: He was originally slated to have his own song, only for it to be scrapped when footage of his sprite test was leaked. Omega would be claimed to be scrapped completely, and maybe that was true for the time, but eventually he was refitted for All Stars. And originally originally, the stars of Act 2 of All Stars was meant for two giant Luigi and Mario heads named Comedy and Tragedy. And it's also been clarrified that LG, W4R, and Y0SH were created for Omega and not for the two heads.

Also, the Mario Rap wasn't originally from the Illumination Mario Movie. Many people know it from its actual origin, The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, created by DiC Entertainment, back in 1989. The Mario's Madness version also features motifs from other Mario tracks, the escape theme from Pizza Tower, and this one other independent song.
