Actually these days us Jews can’t physically keep all 613 Mitzvah’s because a lot of them referred to temple worship and/or agricultural practices that can’t happen today, so we now can only follow approx 300 of them

You should have mentioned that Judaism emphasizes that G-d is absolutely one. Also mention that Judaism does NOT believe in the "devil." (Satan is G-d's Angel of Death). Judaism teaches that G-d has NO spiritual rival. Evil is the concealment of G-d's presence, that we work to dispell.
