I realized that the way my faced would rest has changed, I used to look like I was sad or depressed and now I look like I’m slightly smiling even when I’m sad🤯

I'm 48. I've gone thru a HELLUVA transformation since this past year. Im a party bus driver. Last year, these kids thought i was about 32-35. NOW, I've been told multiple times that they think im about 28, 30. My sons are 26 and 28!! Im in the right track. I got rid if TONS of negativity- in myself and cutting others off. There's NOTHING like having your PEACE!!

I was at a store today, and a young man who was 30, talking about something and had four children... I said, OMG, wow, " I'll be 60 in November this year, he said holy cow, you look fabulous!!

i realized by one of many changes my energy increased to a whole next higher level allowing me to now have the energy to feel life and express it threw myself

You are absolutely right. Two years ago at the age of 70 I put all toxic relations aside and started to live on my own. Incredible change, I look young, feel young, turned to be healthy no degenerative diseases, I started jogging, Pilates, yoga. All is a peace of mind. You confirmed what I did on my own and what I felt I should do. I lost old friends and met new people, it s absolutely amazing how this change works and works quickly. I can only say to everybody - start today, do not look back and around and concentrate on your change, use your wings and fly

My name is Chris and here's my story: About 1/3 of my life has been defined by mental illness. Up until October 2023, I was living life being heavily medicated. I was obese and was incapacitated due to the effects of those medications; I was sleeping my life away. I took a religious pilgrimage some months back and almost felt like it was God telling me to let them go because they weren't working. A short while later, I did. Within a matter of months, where I used to weigh 252 lbs, I went down to 185 lbs. I also regained my youthful experience, my face changed and lost a substantial amount of weight. When asked how old I am, I respond with the age of "29". People are shocked. They think I'm 17 or 18. I feel that age, actually. More youthful than ever. Just want you all to know, I'm a man who has abstained from drug use and alcohol all my life. I partially attribute youthful appearance to that reason. Oddly enough, I have also survived on roughly 5 hours of sleep, most nights, since January 2024. Few exceptions have been made on and off. I used to suffer from sleep apnea. It's gone completely. I used to have back issues. It's practically non-existent now. Does any of this sound normal to any of you? I'll tell you all more, if you want to know more.

No ego, but since I was 12 I’ve been averaging 8 hours of sleep every 3 days. I was studied by multiple people for “mental illness”. So much that I was even infiltrated because of my “gifts”. I didn’t even know I was gifted until now. I am now using my abilities to change the world. Please bro, use yours. We all need it! For too long we’ve allowed malicious, cruel spirited people infiltrate our Godly nature and manipulate us to do or believe terrible things. We’re free now! The battle of Good and Evil is outside, it’s time!

God Bless You 🙌 I to have been noted as mentally ill my entire adult life I got lucky and figured out in time enough to stop taking the meds . Unfortunately that isn't even what I want you to know . I cared for a dear dear friend/brother for 10 yrs that also was diagnosed as M.ill.. I am sad to say I watched the meds shorten his life span by 30 yrs plus . The side effects are horrendous. It stole everything down to the dexterity in his fingers. He couldnt button his own shirt or tie his shoes. My heart broke but he was still the KINDEST SOUL i ever knew. My gentle giant ❤ ( he was very tall ) You are a walking miracle on this Earth today . 🫂💙🙏You just made my day . Please keep sharing your story for the ones that can't. It's going to save many .. tears of joy flow down my face . My heavenly brother fly's free today not in vain because of your courageous truth 😊 ✨️ ✨️ ✨️

@elizabethgilbert4941 I'll admit, it took a mighty long time to recover from the effects. God does have mysterious ways about Him. To me, we need to find our Earthly purpose so we can fulfill the Divine one. In my case, I really needed a reason to fight for my life. I needed to get employed in a more public setting. I already have great communication skills, but they have since improved because I interact with more people and am seen now more than ever. Shortly after being employed, I was still on those medications. I had to cut myself off of them in order to fully function. The withdrawals were brutal, but necessary. My biology over time shifted to what it was supposed to be, now. This might sound somewhat graphic, but I used to have man boobs and was chubby all over, my face included. I have since transformed to my normal self after more than 10 years like that. The meds were undoubtedly the culprit. They did heavily sedate me and cause substantial weight gain. And about as long as it took to acquire the weight, it took as long to lose it. All in all, roughly 4- 6 months. I'm now flat chested and my weight is stable.

God is the transformation, it is His glory. Be sure to remain humble or lose the blessing darkly

The more beautiful your heart is the more radiant you look from outside. That’s why the way we look has a lot to do with our karma as well.

What you don't use you temporarily lose. I allow myself the freedom to do, & experience everything in moderation.... without guilt, or fear-based beliefs. And I appear physically half my age, (85) with the Energy, & Stamina I had at age 30. Aging is an agreed to Program, as are all dis-eases. Noticed that they seem to be realizing the futility of that busybody behavior. Becoming more human.

I have literally gone through this process. It's amazing. The only explanation is it has to be something supernatural because I had no explanation for what was happening to me. So glad to see a video like this that confirms that these things are actually real. & I'm not just going crazy or the only one who experiences these things. Its funny seeing this oeI looked in the mirror and noticed that I looked younger. Alot of what your saying has been true. Weird. The next door neighbor is on his way out I have been looking out for him getting his foods from the store etc. He says God has sent me to him. Maybe so I have had mystical stuff happen with me all my life. With peace in the heart. I am able to be more helpfull.
