Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.

I'll tell you this from experience, it's always better to use an actual market expert in situations like this so you don't end up losing your hard-earned funds. They know their way around the taxes and market better. Like you, I don't stay in the US, I stay in Canada but made my first six digits last year only, after more than a year of losing my hard-earned funds through trial & error investing through the US market. You should start by looking out for those from reputable firms and good track records. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick. You could also lcheck her out. Also make sure the person is registered.

Frankly speaking, I did some analysis on IREDA and viewed some news gifts view on renewable energy. SO... I ... bought 300 shares of IREDA at 61rs each. It was my first investment with this big amount. It gave me a lot of gain and now my parents have no problem with me doing the stock market (I'm 19). Later on tx to the news I invested in IRFC which gave me a 70 to 80% return. Yeah ... my worst investment was Gandhar which made me a loss of 4k but I recovered it. I started with 40k now 85k in 4 months and growing.❤❤. I'm a CA Foundation student and I started saving from 5th std and all investments I made were from my savings. I didn't take any money from my parents for my investments.
