Love the honesty here. Im with you. When i started statue collecting, it was all impulsive buy. Most of the characters that i bought doesnt have any connection to me. Glad sold them those unlikeable ones (xm elektra, xm mysterio, xm black panther) replace it with my favorite ones. I also learned that the smaller footprint the better

That iceman review was gold tho. You could see you was really disappointed with it but to really rub salt in the wound was when you was having to duck underneath it as it rotated round lol. Glad its gone to a good home.

As I was watching I was telling myself, I know he’s gotta mention that custom Iceman piece, and lo and behold you did. Dude I could almost feel your pain when I saw that video of your review. But hey we live and we learn even though sometimes this hobby can get the best of us. And keep staying honest with your reviews!

That Batman, Capt America and Thanos were all pretty equally weird looking lol

This popped on my recommended to watch and I clicked to rewatch what you said about Iceman. But, the biggest take away was how important a good paint job is after seeing what the Thanos statue could look like.

this video has absolutely opened my eyes to an area of collecting Ive never touched. Ive been a figure collector for years, but never realised the kinda stuff available for statue collectors.

I still remember seeing your unboxing and assembly video of the custom Iceman statue. By the end of the video you basically swore off never to get customs again. That's how bad your experience with that one was.

I appreciate the honesty in this video. We all get wrapped up in hype too often with this hobby and it’s nice to see an honest reflection on these statues.

I got no interest in sculptures/statues myself. It feels like a huge waste of money when I could buy a car or a hunk of silicon and plastic but... I'm also a bit of a pop culture, media franchise enjoyer. Comicbooks and videogames and film and you know iconic stuff like that being brought to life so this stuff seeing other people talk about it, that's something I can enjoy. So I just gotta rant and say. It just pisses me off so damn much to know your Iceman review got you removed from the group of so called 'enthusiasts' are they that damn thin-skinned that just saying YOU the CUSTOMER was displeased with the thing you dropped over a GRAND on? Pathetic people man. Could have at least took the blow been like "yeah it was a hard thing to craft, bad design we had to cut corners to make it work. It sucked, our bad well improve." Nope. Blacklist the guy calling our shit shit. Hope they lost FAT amounts of customers over this. All the best man.

Also, if you enjoy video games, then time isn’t being wasted* on them. The same way 1000+ dollars aren’t being wasted* on statues if you enjoy them. And that’s really your take away on his comment? I also love when someone has to say something about a spelling error. It shows how pathetic and how much of a dueche you really are. SO YOU HAVE NEVER MADE A SPELLING ERROR??????????????? I BET YOU HAVE. My point was when you don't have to worry about money anymore all you worry about is time. So imagine a gamer who spent thousands on there set up and plays everyday. That dude is spending 25% of his life playing video games. People used to say the same thing about sports but at least that's exercise. You say it's cuz it's fun, but have you ever seen anybody play a video game. They flip out every other match. That's a "waste" of time and money too me. My statues cost me no time but everyday enjoyment, also they're a solid investment.

You got me into collection these big books, and until I'm not finished collecting the omnis I want, not gonna spend money on a statue which is only candy for the eyes. Just found your channel . Loving your vids. I don't tend to enjoy videos from collectors due to them being elitist, know it all. But you seem real and down to earth. Used to collect 1/6 figures and 1/4 scale statues but I stop per and just enjoy looking at other people's stuff. Keep it up . Great stuff
