You forgot the depression stage. People who originally went hakuda in the first game because they thought yoruichi and punching people in a sword game was cool. They decided to stick to hakuda because they found it fun before becoming depressed due to the hate caused by metamancers. They actually can't wait for the hakuda rework because they agree hakuda needs a rework and can't wait to be able to go back to punching people in the sword game without getting flack for it.

I got into hakuda bc I like using my fist and feet. Being a genuine fighter instead of a sword guy. When they added grasp essence back in type soul 1 and I was dragging people? That solidified it for me

Made me feel good to have a supportive father figure, not metamancing and not build carried to stage 10😭 hakuda is amazing to fight against and to use if ur hakuda, but vurrent hakuda just doesnt work with type soul im excited for the rework tho

im hyped for the hakuda rework it was a blast doing the most evil combos with bone and having dbz fights whenever i encounter a full hakuda user but its just not very fun anymore also shunko killed my enjoyment in the game i got mukyu shunko wind variant then got so bored i went and made a light alt since i didnt really want to go bone again since i already did that playing kendo rn and its been crazy fun berserk feels so absolutely evil to play every time i pop bankai it feels like i popped irl and am going demon mode yeah berserk is crazy underrated (PLEASE KEEP IT THAT WAY I WANT TO KEEP MY ANTI STUN DEMON BANKAI)

theres actually a stage thats skipped over, when you first get hakuda and have no clue how to do true combos so you think hakuda sucks cuz people just block or dash out your combo, i figured out how it works but back then i was like how do people think hakuda is op when u can press q out of it or just block not parry (i was using non guardbreak moves)

About stage 8, it's gonna make my hakuda experience even better since I have DD. It being grounded is gonna increase my dmg output by tenfold. Btw, just parry.

I did not expect this 9:13 as a full time quincy hakuda main. No wonder i am good with hakuda 😭

I love being able to parry decently in my own servers, but when I see a hakuda player while I'm in a horribly laggy server, I feel fear for the very last time. I'm still using your build ever since you made that one type soul builds vid. It's pretty fun ngl, especially when i'm against full hakuda npcs and they try to use shori on me, and i just steal their combo. However, i wanted to try experimenting new builds on my SR slot, and came up with some ideas (kido and kendo! SURELY it will work!). Any suggestions?

Just watched the Kendo vid, and that really made me realize some mistakes i make by watching your gameplay and even your commentary on that tree, especially on the "base skills" part. I am absolute DOGWATER at parrying, and can't really fight good hakuda players, as well as my movement skills being kinda lackluster. I'l prob try to pay more attention and improve on those on my next matches. Wish me luck

As a soul reaper who's been on shunko since old type soul I can confidently say that Mr.Recounting is completely correct about the average hakuda player nowadays. Anyways still love the way it feels to be a hater 🙏 also just parry and use a hyperarmor move to escape hakuda combos like spinerend crazed blitz overpowering slash waterfall dance cero salvo cero sweep cero scourge for a few examples....

i started the game off playing hakuda because i wnated to be like grimjow now that i see the whole server playing hakuda i just switched to kendo, ima go back to it tho once reworked

I have been playing pure kendo since the first release of type soul And the mortal ties flash step nerf pissed me off so fucking much that i switched to hakuda

So does anyone have suggestions for vasto lorde since the problem is the process of getting mask cracks since being an abdutch is bad because it hard to get up obstacles but it’s probably just me I don’t understand the point of killing player hollows it’s just frustrating when the fact soul reapers target you and you have 25 cracks like I just don’t get a point also nice video it’s very informing.

my problem with hakuda is that its a 50/50 when in a combo. If you try a hyperarmour strat they could spine rend and screw you over, but if you try to block you get block broken. A game of rock, paper, scissors just isnt fun for me especially if they win most of the time because alot of hyper armour moves have enough startup for them to spine rend based on prediction.

As a Hakuda player half of these were extremely true but for me I made an oath to use my hands for any game I play. (I accidentally got hakuda and didn’t know how to get rid of it so I just got used to it)

Does anyone know why the npcs block because I always find it strange in a sense since I get it makes the game harder also if anyone wants to know yes I got a free abdutch taken because somebody decided to bring it to the memos forest they kept dashing and luring them when I had everything perfect and then I had 15 mask cracks and then a kid targetted me and I couldn’t do anything to I left.

Honestly, i went hakuda cs my friend told me i might like it, and it looked cool when i first saw it. After type souls rerelease tho hakuda felt kinda mid, i just didnt like it as much anymore so i switched off my of it

If I had to be honest At the very start of type soul Public release In july 3rd 2023 back when quincies was the kindest race willing to party up with anyone I went hakuda not knowing what it did yet cause no one did there wasn't any videos on it until 4 weeks later which called hakuda bad cause everything countered it I soul ticketed my 1st character which was a quincy to become a soul reaper Another 4 weeks later someone made a video on myuko shunko wind with wind shikai post rework wind And then more people started using hakuda but not many Then type soul copies came Which became the hakuda training grounds most people that play hakuda played that to get good with it cause it required skill and there was only 3 or 4 videos on it BEFORE revamp which is when hakuda became popular because most of the counters were nerfed kendo speed kido All nerfed to a state to where hakuda became easier to use and now here we are where hakuda is a noob stomper but still needs skill to use against skilled opponent
