Sometimes I meet guys who assume I have a boyfriend because I'm pretty. It sucks dating nowadays. Online dating apps suck. I hired a match making service but everybody was fat. If your ex tells you she doesn’t love you anymore I think her move is remarkable. Some will stay anyway for the purpose of benefits and that’s what I see as being toxic. So if she says she doesn’t love you anymore and you find it hard to let her go and keep begging for her love, you’re the problem.

This is pretty spot on! KNOW your worth. Set YOUR standards. BE impeccable with your word and NEVER take anything personal. If a girl shows signs she doesn't care, believe her. It's NOT you!

Hugging and or holding hands with the person you love has been proven to reduce stress almost instantly.

Not if you're up for a bit of fun. And understand that's this is only fun. For 2-3 months at best. Then it will fade off and she'll love her current relationship even more...And throw you around on an emotional rolercoaster. It's the same with women with kids. You'll never be a priority for her and she has an unbreakable bond with the father of her children. Oh wow, I'm in a similar boat 😅 He's already moved out and she's stuck waiting for the remortgage to happen before she can afford to move, then she tells me she's not ready to be in a relationship and mentions how she didn't get to work on herself after the breakup and she's hurting because he's found someone else (when she has/had me 😅), so on the one hand she's still dealing with her past and on the other that made her feel that our relationship wasn't enough to make her feel better about the situation and that she's making the same progress as him (which is fair because she shouldn't validate herself through her partner and that's why she can't/shouldn't be with someone right now)
