So true. But put aside the mundane flaws, and you are privileged to reside with an Aboriginal, ancient wolf descendent Never was concocted from different designer breeds, has a history unto its own for 5,000 years in wild, untamed Eastern European mountain ranges. That the Afghan doesn’t display a primitive nature owing to its early origins in hostile and rough terrains with Sultans, Emirs and Emperors as predominate guardians (Afghans were gifted 😢amoung deserving royals, never sold), it’s a testament to their integrity, their abilities to focus on the subject without grasping at the shadow that manifests in each and every enduring quirky, weird and supernatural aura. Such true to oneself capabilities are what make Afghan. Hound. aficionado’s true lovers and guardians (never owners or Masters ) who can abide comfortably and equitably with a loving and challenging breed. I’d like to think that I’ve come to cohabit with Afghans for the love and respect of each members distinctness from any other breed of dog. . , weird and other worldly characteristics as to make them
