If you don't have HFR mode, then why put your graphics quality on Ultra? In case you don't know, higher graphics quality makes your gpu work harder to render more things, which will slow down your phone, and since it needs to render more things, which it usually doesn't, it will skip many frames, which is what you see as lag. Quality: increases Frame rate: decreases Quality decreases Frame rate: increases
