Not sure if you knew this or not, but if you press sprint/left joystick in while climbing/depending ladders, you can climb faster/slide down them. Very helpful!!

Anyone finding that they can't lock onto the first hanging enemy to open up the umbral gate? I literally can't find a spit in the room that at allows me to use my lamp on it

Stack up on fire salts from the enemies before the first boss. Imbue your weapon with them, she's weak to fire. You can summon the Iron dude to help also. Took me like 20x to learn her move set, then I used the fire salts and melted 🫠 her!

@@philosopheronamission5649Huh. Fire salt’s didn’t do much for me. But holy salts put a hurtin on her. Which I thought was odd since she uses holy. I wonder if you have inferno stats and it affects the salt? Cool either way 👍🏼

I used wither salts as a Blackfeather Ranger(?) - levelled to 20 Agi, 20 End and 20 Vit, duel wielded the starter axe and a sword that does bleed damage, 2 attempts like that and she went down, finally. As the Dark Crusader she was pretty easy when I stacked Vit and Strength! 2nd boss was so much easier as either class. I find I kill myself more often falling off ledges in the perch place than the enemies do! 😩🤬

Use parries and blocks only and the first boss becomes easier but I understand ur pain.

Does anyone know if you definitely have to get covenant armor for the armor trophy? I heard they did a patch that makes them not required for the trophy

the arrmor piece you get from bosses is randomized

The Key kosts 18k Vigor after an patch. But if you do the questline of Stomund, you get it for free.

In 12:14, where do you take this pointed helmet? The enemies drop It? Help

Seems all minibosses just give a random piece of their set and always there weapon. I had to help multiple people to get the full set.

I’ve heard that the Scourge Sisters show up later as regular enemies and I’m hoping that’s true because the boss didn’t drop the helmet for me either and I really want to channel the Penitent one from Blasphemous! If anyone knows for sure let me know please.

When I saw the NPC had the pilgrims key, it was 18k Vigor. I was already level 55 by that time and had already defeated the hushed knight, so maybe that's why. But 18k Vigor wtf.

This sucks too. Game updated some time and it's now 18k vigor for the dang key😢

You should cut theses together better where the items are in order. Its weird that u ran past some then went back to show another one then kept joining that. You are like bouncing around. could have gotten the rector sword then the key then the shield then the catalyst then opened the shortcut. would have been much more smooth.

Apparently later in game she spawns as a regular enemy that u can farm for the helm

No you just queue to kill her with other people, then you can get it all. You can do this for all boss fights to get all of the drops.

You have to queue to kill her with other people. That’s what you have to do for basically all bosses to get all of the pieces they drop.

The two jumps there are very dodgy. That one at 2.25 you need to make sure the moving platform is at its closest point when you jump. Very annoying design, right there.

The perch key is 18k not 9500 idk where you're getting your math but it's wrong

The word is Focal, not Vocal and Vigor is pronounced VIG (Rhymes with BIG)OR not Vygor. Missed more than a few days at school did we ?
