Hi swati for the gap in between the cooktop n benchtop you can buy a gap filler for cooktop..its a game changer and we got from amazon. Every week you can toss it in dishwasher for a clean one..its easy

You can try adding coconut milk powder, sugar powder and some ice cubes but the flavour is not same

I learnt editing on my own. I believe fcp is a bit tricky but once you get a hang of it then you can do way better than what I am doing.

You don't saute your muli?? My mother fries onion ginger garlic and green chilli in little bit of oil and then adds grated muli with all the seasoning and everyone loves it thay way. Try it once
