Pattaya are growing rapidly due increase of tourism and wonderfull Thai culture in general. Pattay is 10th largest city in Thailand if you excluded the urban area, and the largest city in the province surpassing its capital Chonburi which is in 42 place. But, if you measure it by urban area Pattaya will sit in 8 largest city in Thailand while its provincial capital is on 7 place. Btw, I'am Indonesian who now living in Thailand.
