Hey guys!
I wanted to create this video as a little reminder of all the awesome things you’ve got to look forward to when growing out your hair!
For anyone interested on joining the Man Buns & Manes hair community, you can do that by going here: manbunsandmanes.com/
I know I’ve been quite positive throughout my whole journey so far and probably been making it look easy but the key to always seeing the bright side is to train yourself to look for what is bright instead of focusing on the negative aspects… Because I have had lots of bad hair days along this journey, you just haven’t seen them haha… Well actually I think i’ve showcased a few of them throughout my check ins but generally the outlook is positive haha.
00:00 - Introduction
01:20 - Positive Number 1
Growing your hair out, it builds a thicker skin.
02:32 - Positive Number 2
It also acts as a filter that will eliminate people you thought you needed but really don’t.
02:47 - Positive Number 3
It allows you to explore multiple different versions of yourself.
04:14 - Positive Number 4
It makes you the interesting guy in the room.
05:13 - Positive Number 5
It allows you to focus on other things. Like better grooming or self care.
05:41 - Important Message
07:17 - Positive Number 6
Your hairstyling skills and general hair knowledge is going to grow 10 fold.
08:02 - Positive Number 7
If you’re someone who was born with very little patience, grow your hair out… You have patience after that.
09:07 - Positive Number 8
It’s actually a great way to make lifelong friends. The man buns and manes facebook community is not only a place for guys to come and grow their hair out with confidence but it also provides a place for people to connect and interact with each other no matter where they are in the world. & considering the times we’re in right now, it’s a great way to meet new people. You join via the link in the description.
10:01 - Positive Number 9
You don’t have to go to the hairdresser as much which means you save time & money.
10:42 - Positive Number 10
If you’ve ever gotten mad at your wife, your girls, your mum or your sister for leaving hair EVERYWHERE around the house, you will finally understand that they aren’t doing it on purpose to p1ss you off and you’ll be sorry that you ever got mad at them about it.
11:51 - Conclusion
I hope you guys got some inspiration from this video! If you have more positive views about growing out your hair, feel free to leave me a comment telling me what they are!
Please remember to smash that thumbs up button if you enjoyed this video and subscribe to this channel for more awesome hair growth content.
Looking forward to seeing you in my next video!
Until then, grow long & prosper!
Yours in good hair,
Thomas

For me personally Long hair makes me unique, at least where I'm from. In my entire uni of 500 students, I'm one of the 2 guys with long hair. Before I grew my hair out I was invisible, but now everyone looks at me. They know me now cuz I have an Identity; "hey it's that long hair guy". And I'm proud of it! Also long hair gave me a huge boost of confidence I never had before.

You can eat healthy and do sports(good things to do tbh), but you can’t change the genetics… So you can’t… But you can slow it down: Minoxidil and Finasteride can do that job. For other information: google or even better - dermatologist.

The first year of growth I found very difficult, i got round it by wearing hats all the time. Once you can get it all in a man bun it gets easy. It's been about 2.5 years now and I'm enjoying proper long hair which I find easier to maintain than short hair.

What i really love about long hair on men, is i feel like it gives off an intentional vibe that you're pretty awesome and open minded in my experience, some men whose got that beach vibe and long hair are incredibly laid back and nice people Plus growing your hair out is your own personal thing and journey most people who make comments about men and long hair are either very old school, afraid to step out of their comfort zone or insanely jealous at you

Hi Thomas, I'm a huge fan of your channel. I've been growing out my hair for six months now. And it's looking really nice. My goal is to have it as long as Shannon Hoon the lead singer of my favorite band Blind Melon. Not only that, but I'm a super nerd when it comes to wizards and there's one character in anime from one of my favorite shows based on a book I've read that has long hair to her mid back . And it's raven colored like mine. I know super cool right?😁😁😁 Anyway, take care , much love and respect.🌈🌈🌈🔮🔮🔮💖💖💖💖🦄🦄🦄🦄
