These are some of my favourite videos to share with you! Anytime I find a new hack I want to share it because I know I'm not alone with the parenting struggles.. Which one was your fav?

Great trick w the elastic hair doodles! We use them and hate them too, lol. Can you believe i actually try to reuse them? I have multiples of things like water bottles, sun hats, sunglasses, sunscreen... we live in arizona.
I love that you are following and sharing gentle and respectful parenting. I always go back to empathy, if in doubt empathise with a child and show love. It takes so much patience and practice but now I have a nearly 7 year old that mirrors this behaviour back to me when I’m struggling it makes it all worth while ❤️
I have an 11 month old but I’ve been watching you since before you had sage and it’s been nice having you a year and a half ahead of me because I feel like anytime I encounter a new challenge you have just gone through it and already posted a video that helps so much! Thanks for being my new mom guide!!!
Love the toothbrush tip.. I always struggled with brushing lil ones teeth..and found using the baby brush more handy..gave the toddler brush for him to hold to distract him..and voila..super clean teeth!
We have a calm down box and we keep it in a separate room with different toys and books that stay only in that bin for the purpose of calming our toddlers down. The colorful liquid bubble hourglass is great! We also have a little sequence pillow that changes colors when you rub it in different directions and the book Press Here is a great one!
I'm a mama to 11 and I love everything your sharing! ♥
I'm Glad Sagie Is Ok And Mommy Is Ok Too! Glad These Hacks Helped
You make so many moms lives easier! 👏🏻
This is needed!!! Changing and hair materials are a big must!!! Wipes everywhere.
I’m really appreciating your clean kitchen.
Where I live 3 year olds learn the jacket trick at school, so handy and such a help for the teacher.

oh thats amazing! we taught Sage at home but she is doing it by herself now!
Loved your 10 Toddler's Life Hacks video Nikole ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the real stories. The authenticity helps me feel more grounded. You & Matt seem like wonderful parents and we have a 21 month old so it's great to hear about the stages that are coming. We also live in Calgary so your Canadian content is much appreciated. For your teeth-brushing: Definitely done what you did but I've also given a toothbrush to my son to "try" himself he sticks it in as I do the main (all) the real brushing and in this season it works well. The cleaning up together we are starting and I will FOR SURE use the timer strategy. I have also used the "see the package is empty" for snacks! So thank you so much! Our small apartment is a bit chaotic and messy at times so it would be great to see the steps of how you taught independent playing so that my wife (mainly) and I can have two hands to clean/cook/do work etc. Thanks!
I love that our girls are so close in age because it s nice to exchange tricks 😅 Giving her choices definitely helps. Last night we were having lots of screaming at bed time ( and protest poop) in a glimmer of genius I told her she could sing twinkle twinkle ( her favorite for bedtime) to her teddy bear and I still can’t believe that worked and she layed there and went to sleep 😂🤯
Omg that seat belt hack got me so excited! I can’t wait to try it. You come up with great stuff, I don’t know how you do it! Thank you!
Love all your tips and have done many of them myself ❤
This was so great!
These were so great and helpful! A lot of times these videos have so-called-tips but when you watch they are useless. All of these will help me with my just-turned-two year old! Single mother so I need all the tips and tricks! Lol
Yes to the seatbelt fold hack!! This always happens and I found this hack on KZread once and it saved me ever since then. 😅
These were great. My two other kids are older and I feel rusty when it comes to having a toddler. It’s great to learn new tips 😄
I rewatched this today and now I finally remember why I bought the lemon essential oil! Lol
U have legit changed my life with the seatbelt twisted hack lol thank u so much love ur videos x
Parenting hacks!! 🙌 Anything to make life easier…SIGN ME UP 😆
Love this video it’s great philosophy and parenting love this😊 thank you for this great video 😊
Omg the teeth brushing tip is awesome!!! I’ve been struggling with my 20 month old and was at my wits end!
Hi Nicole.... Great hacks for toddler mom's
I'm a behavior analyst for a living and telling kids what you want them to do rather than what you don't want them to do it key!!
Something I have found with my 2 year old for when he is balancing on his tower or climbing something he shouldn't, is asking him if he's safe. I'll just say 'Hey Luca, are you safe right now?' He'll often stop and think and then hop down himself because he'll realise what he's doing may not end so well 😅 Hopefully it means down the track, that little question will pop in his head when I'm not there to ask it myself ❤ Love your videos 🥰
Anyone have any hacks on how to cut your toddlers nails?

I need one too lolol it's so hard
Nikole! I work in a dental office and this is what we recommend to parents with young kids to help with teeth brushing: Try the brushing teeth Elmo song!!
Tfs these tips. They were very helpful.
I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND OF COURSE YOUR DARLING FAM SO I SOURED BY YOU TO BECOME A MOM ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hey Nikole, an easier and maybe more affordable hack is to use a Rubberband Cutter for hair, a simple hook tool to break the band! xo

As a mom of a very curly haired 2 year old, I second this!
I love the timer one. I tell my toddler that he has 5 more mins when we’re about to leave places but I’ll definitely start using an actual timer to see if it is more effective. Thank you❤

A time timer (I also have the pocket version so you can bring that with you) can help too, so your child can actually see how much time there is left 😊
I like the "doubles everything". (Mom of a 15 and 19 yr old)
Love this video! What is the coloring pen? It looks so practical! And a vidio about the books Sage loves would be great!😊
Love the vid! Where is your shirt from? Looks so comfy yet put together!
Nicole can u do a video on must have books for 2yr old.....story books nd educational books
Wow
For my son's hair I used a baby fabric hair tie to tie his hair every time he eat so it doesn't go all over his eyes. It won't break their little hair and easy to take it out. (It just don't stay for a long time though)
Hey Nicole :) I was wondering, what was the ki mat brand you were using please ? I can’t find the video, I would like to try it for myself ☺️ thanks for your help !
I might use that hair elastic trick on myself 😂🤣😂
Setting boundaries and being stern in them is really solid advice!
I need all the tips and tricks with toddlers, because I am STRUGGLING 🤣🤣
Ugh thank you, needed this. My 2 year old is a very emotional girl too. It’s been rough to say the least 😅 love this video ! So helpful ❤
Could you share what toothpaste you use please?
Great ideas I’ve used some myself and they work with my 2 year old 👍💕
Love your sweater! Where’s it from??
@HealthNutNutrition

Thank you! It’s from Aerie they have the best sweaters
Yes, they do enjoy cleaning up so much that they will intentionally make a mess, a least my 2 year-old! And apparently by the time they can actually clean up without making an even bigger mess their cleaning aspirations evaporate...
Love this video, great tips! Do you have tips on how to teach your child how to dress independently? My kid is almost 2.5 and really has nooo interest at all in dressing himself.
@surlespasdondine

That's fine, it will come on it's own. Your child is still very young. Enjoy getting to dress your little one, soon he/she won't let you anymore:)

@@surlespasdondine Yes you are right! But our daycare is stressing this topic unfortunately..
😍😍😍❤❤❤❤
I’m still perplexed as to how the seatbelt is always twisted in the first place when it’s so hard to untwist?! Thanks for the tip!

Right? I say the same thing to Matt. Like how??..
I can't even count how many times my baby bite us while brushing his teeth with the finger brush. 😂 Now that he's1,5yo we've been using small tooth brushes. But also the other night, he used one of them to make himself gag and puke his diner. He thought it was hilarious. 🤦🏼♀️ I gotta switch things up 😅😬🌪️

These kids are crazy lol
My toddler freaks out over timers.... 🤦🤷 Wish there was a better way. 🙏🙄
Soo... when life gives you lemons in the shape of an elastic, fight it with lemon oil. Thanks!
2 minutes seems like not enough because time she goes back ti.e is over. So its seems it should be like 10 minutes at least.
