Rich people allover the world do similar things, Rich Gulf Arabs in general actually give a lot to charity compared to other ones. You wont see a homeless in the roads in all gulf states and most of other arab countries, Gulf states are donating billions to hunger-stricken countries. Only Saudi did a mistake getting involve in Yemen and hope it stops as soon as possible.

I'll give some downsides about Dubai 1.you need to play almost 10$ to enter the city 2. Every adult or shocking website is blocked 3. Temperatures could reach up to 60 degrees
