Most of the characters in this list are those released in 1.0-1.2 + Xiao who was in beta. This implies that MHY basically had no idea how to design coherent character kits in the early development stage of the game lol.

Well it's hit or miss because many cons for early characters are nowhere near this bad or good enough. One thing I feel that definitely changed was more effort/thought being put into early cons as dolphin bait, something I sure everyone is well aware of at this point from characters like Raiden.

fr one thing i think about a lot is how if venti was released today, not only will his black hole be on the ground for melee characters to hit (ik its up for the smaller enemies to get lifted so they dont get up and run but i mean more like hovering and still close to the ground) but specifically his extra arrows from c1 will be in his base kit. the crowd control might even be stronger since it looks like the archons are supposed to be the epitome of what their element is best at (anemo is known for cc, geo is known for defense, electro is known for energy recharge). not to mention that by the time kazuha cae around they realized that why make every 5 star's best con c6 when you could make it c2 and bait players into spending more cause its *right there.* tbh i think i've fallen for this too cause i sometimes seriously debate whether or not i actually want raiden or kazuha's c2 but i think that just shows how effective it is bc had they still been making c6 every character's best con i wouldn't even think of going for c2 for scaramouche, whenever he releases ig.

Honestly, the dolphin bait setup is fine by me, a win-win for players and MHY. We'll be more satisfied with impactful upgrades while MHY will be satisfied with taking our money. The current design philosophy for 5* constellations is pretty good: C1/C2 are some QoL or significant powerspikes, C3-C5 are usually just some stat bonuses, and C6 can potentially change how the character plays. As you said, Raiden is the prime example. Her hugely successful first banner was a perfect storm consisting of the hype built around her character, the top-up bonus reset, and the early cons dolphin bait. C1-C2 are huge upgrades for her burst and MHY was smart to put the +3 burst levels on C3 instead of C5. C4 is just an ATK% stat stick, and C6 lets you have fun with faster team burst rotations. More recently, Yelan is also a good example. C1 helps alleviate her energy problems especially if you're not running her with ER equipment. C2 at first glance looks like it just gives her burst more damage but it also gives additional hydro application and this is quite helpful since her hydro application is slower compared to Xingqiu. C4 gives HP% bonus which would be beneficial for herself and HP scaling teammates like Hu Tao, and Zhongli. Lastly her C6 unlocks her full potential as a main DPS. Itto also fits the current design philosophy so I wouldn't say his C4 is too bad but it is pretty weird that it gives bonus ATK% when that's basically a trash stat for Itto and his usual teammates like Gorou and Albedo. As for Kokomi, they're trying to give her more damage in some of her cons but I would have liked it more if they just made her C6 something wild like removing her crit penalty or giving her crit stats scaling with her HP or healing bonus. Now that's a literal game changer for her lol.

On the other hand, C6 Xiao's gameplay not only changes completely, but it makes you deal WAY more damage as long as you have 2+ enemies on the field. Xiao can already deal a very big amount of damage making him a good choice for Abyss 12, imagine if his DPS is multiplied by x3 or more

You could argue Childe's c6 is good for co-op stuff. But that definitely doesn't make it worth it. That is a ton of money for a co-op specific thing. (I know it has some more uses besides co-op but that seems to be the most relevant given his typical rotations)

@Hal I think it could be argued that they actually shot themselves in the foot here because a lot of people who use Albedo don't want to use Xiao and a lot of people who use Xiao don't want to use Albedo so then they end up not pulling for either constellation.

If they ever rework Xiao's C2 & C4 (which is never sadly), my idea is copy Yae's C2 (it will increase his C6 value) and C4 to his own. Xiao has almost 100% uptime, it will match with him and increasing his solo capabilities. Not necessary to have same number though.

See what you forgot about Zhongli C6 is that you can make him the best AFK DPS in the game by giving him HP/HP/Healing Bonus Ocean-Hued Clam. Just sit there and heal. Everything will die.

As a qiqi main with C0, she needs energy recharge (like flat out “qiqi generates cryo particles”) and actual dmg in her cons. Or no, in her base kit. But cons should add to that.

Moreover we have far too many dps already, so making qiqi a support that has her own niche would be better. Also, I'm just coping that they buff her cons to be actually useful since I have C5 Qiqi already. Btw, Bennett could do damage himself if you really want him too.

Ayaka’s C1 is useless and unnoticeable, her cryo attacks decrease the cool down of her e skill which sounds good on paper but it has like a 50% chance and doesn’t even chip at the CD making it one of the worst.

At first, I was like you and thought that it was pretty useless. But after I used Ayaka in the Mondstadt weapon mats, dang that C1 really puttin' on the work. It's a good counter against Slowing Water which is honestly the most annoying thing in the game right now. I remember how painful this was back in Spiral Abyss 1.5 as it disrupts all the rotations.

@@lucas_sin_s But the thing is, Slowing Waters are also present in other parts of the game specifically the Abyss. For instance, Chamber 12-3-1 right now has Slowing Waters. Can I just dash my way through them? I don't think so. I'm just saying, C1 Ayaka is not totally useless since it cam combat one of the most annoying mechanics in the game. Try to re-read my statement, I said Slowing Waters in general, not the domain itself.

As a fan of Zhongli I want C6 because 1) He's my favorite character, 2) I *_HATE_* it when someone isn't full health in overworld. I can deal with Xiao, Hu tao, and Shinobu because it's in their kit but I rarely use them in over world anyway. Because of this I tend to still put a healer even with a full hp Zhongli on the team C6 means that I don't have to do that.

OMGG same, also most of my dps are either bow users (Yelan, Fischl, etc) or have low resistance to interruption (Diluc, Cyno) so having C6 Zhongli will makes my life much, much easier 😩🤚

Actually, C6 Jean scales well into the game. And you can't really justify "Oh, just use a shield." Damage reduction actually affects how much damage the shield gets. Especially recently some enemies in the abyss does around 5k damage and destroys shields like its paper.

Usually, any attacks that can "destroy" your shield like that are something with long wind-up animations that you can easily avoid. It's true dodging defeats the purpose of having shield, since its main purpose is to absorb damage so you can keep attacking uninterrupted, but still, not everything should be tanked by shield. There always has to be a balance in everything.

@@dgmojojojo unfortunately there is no shield that is as beefy or even has the same uptime as Zhongli, uptime can be done with Thoma, but it's kinda hard, since you might need to sacrifice shield durability for energy regeneration. Second closest goes to Diona, but personally I don't like the 12s duration on the shield at level 7+, feels rather short to me, with the playstyle I have

I want to see more survivability checks in genshin. Seriously, we have have enough dps checks. No need to fully stop but change things up every once in a while

Bold of you to assume I pulled constellations for Qiqi on purpose 😅

The Zhongli c6 is just Zhongli being ready for another archon war.

There is a HUGE flaw I see on this video. Jean, Mona, Keqing and Qiqi constellations will come eventually if we keep losing 50/50, especially if we lose 50/50 within 20 wishes since the last 5-star, or just by wishing in the standard banner. I got several constellations from Mona and Qiqi, that I think I will be able to C6 them soon, so at the end of the day, those constellations are just added value due to wishing banner mechanics. Compare that to limited-time banner characters, that's another thing, because we aim or expect those characters to eventually come.

I never really focused on kokomi’s cons because I thought them unreachable,I already have her weapon. But thinking long term I will try going for her cons because I love kokomi and I want her to be maxed out

Although Xiao's C4 is an absolute disappointment Still, I wanna C6 this man because he was my first dedicated DPS and my first 5 star I pulled ( due to internet issues, I had to have my friend take care of my account and only came back in 2.3 recently)

I think his C4 doesn’t replace shields, but works together. The damage calculations for shields takes the active character’s DEF in account.

I just c6 him this rerun and I can say it was the best investment I've ever done in genshin. I always knew he was really strong, I mean I stopped having problems clearing stuff when I first got him, but his c6 is just absurd lmao doesn't surprise me a lot of people consider his c6 the most op in the game, not to mention that imo the playstyle is awesome since I really enjoy fast paced fighting

Your kokomi only has 28k hp? Mine has 43k hp, massive heals = foam burst damage up to 24k damage. I tripled crowned her and she does insane damage. 13k hydro at burst. (She solos abyss heralds at a steady paste.) *you are correct however, the list of constellations are very underwhelming especially for such a $$$.

When I saw the damage that Kokomi was capable of at her current investment on my account I made the decision to stop building her which includes partially leveled clam. (she also had on a Dodoco Tales for this video) Her healing even at this point is way overkill for my needs and while she can do some damage, it's very low compared to real DPS. I watched C6's Kokomi's from whales just to see what a max investment Koko could look like and it was still what I'd call lower end. It's just all relative, as I said high damage floor, low ceiling. Without crit she reaches close to max potential fast.

Worth noting that 13k isn't insane damage. That's how hard my Eula hits with normal attacks against robots. Admittedly, that's with superconduct and her own phys debuff, but, well, that's the bare minimum of support a Eula team does. And she can do that 24/7, while Kokomi's damage plummets the moment the burst is down. Mind you, I like Kokomi, and do find her burst useful for a variety of reasons. When I had her in my Eula team, I used her to quickly take out things like archers at range. Between her burst damage plus Raiden's E, and the supercharged that came with that combo, she quickly drops them, saving the need to run over to them. And now she's in a team with Yae, Sucrose, and Xiangling, where she nicely sets up various reactions, and sometimes drives for a bit with her burst and Xiangling's active. And, of course, it means some bigger numbers in co-op, where otherwise it would be all Clam plus setting up reactions for others.

One thing I will say that you never brought up, and I think ought to have: Klee's C6 is equally as bad, if not worse than, Itto's C4. It grants all teammates a total of 9 energy across as many seconds in her 10 second burst window, and grants all teammates a 10% Pyro Damage Bonus for (if I'm not mistaken) 25 seconds on cast. The 27 energy for her team is nice, but the 10% Pyro DMG Bonus isn't even half of what Keqing gets from her C6, and Klee already has PDB as her ascension stat. as Klee is typically utilized in monopyro teams meant to maximize her own DPS due to her struggle to consistently vaporize, its inefficient to use her alongside other dps Pyro characters due to risk of vaporizes being stolen, or because she takes up a valuable team slot that could go to a better battery, sub dps, or attack buffer. Even with C2, Klee's C6 is effectively a B Grade Bennett with a Favonius Sword, all while costing about $1000 USD across a soon to be 9 week total period

C6 Qiqi has uses in co-op, due to weekly boss mechanics, how Qiqi heals, and player tendencies. Qiqi generally needs to have the boss hit to heal teammates. For her E, she has to do the hitting. For her burst, the teammates do. So if you have a phase like Signora's pyro-tornado or when Rock Frog is stomping the ground and transitioning phases, you can get screwed over. The Raiden weekly boss can also cause issues, if the team fails to activate the shield or sucks at jumping (and keep in mind that half the players are average or worse, and you can't pick your teammates). And you will inevitably get selfish people that bring under-powered characters that are squishy by nature to these fights, because they want that tiny bit of friendship xp or something. Also worth noting that that bit about half the players being below average also applies to people playing Qiqi. I'll add that energy isn't really an issue in co-op with Qiqi, depending on the weapon you use. R5 sacrificial (and if you have C6 Qiqi, you should have access to that) means pretty much 100% uptime on her elemental skill. So you can hang on to your burst if you expect to hit a point where people might die, since you heal plenty with her E while attacking anyway. If you do use it, you will generate some energy from her C1, since her elemental skill will be active while the burst is thanks to the sacrificial sword. And with the nature of her burst, that's 15s people are not going to die, which is 15s to generate energy. And that's also a sword with high ER, so you get plenty of energy from your teammate's skill use. And with Qiqi's healing power, they can happily spam away. Personally, though, I wouldn't rate it the worst constellation for a few reasons. First, it is because she's a permanent banner five star. I know you value cost, but the cost of those constellations is, generally speaking, lower. We get them from wishes on the permanent banner or from losing a 50/50 on the featured. The former are "free" and the latter up the cost of the featured characters. So if you are going to factor in "cost", then permanent banner five stars shouldn't see the cost of their C6 treated as having the same cost as that of a featured one. Second, most constellations from those permanent characters are equally worthless, because, odds are, we barely, if it all, use them. Qiqi's is at least cool and novel to use. And that alone makes it better than Keqiing's. Though from a pure play value perspective, Qiqi's constellations and passives are the worst of any character. That said, her C6 is the permanent banner constellation I want the most (since I already have Jean at C2). Just for the novelty of it. Mind you, wouldn't spend money to get it, but if I'm going to lose a 50/50, I'm always hoping it is to Qiqi.

Everything else in the post aside (I door agree with a lot of it), but you can jump over the waves in Raiden fight?? My brain just went full dodge mode (even got the achievement of not taking a hit from them) and didn't even think of jumping over them xD

Ive been screwed too many times in abyss by missing a perfect rotation on Childe either by being hit or just missing the window barely resulting in my damage dropping off a cliff. C 6 makes him way more fun and raises his usability with units that damage off field for longer than 10-12 seconds.

@@neroclaudius8502 well, or you could skip the "git gud" part and get right to the fun part with less consequences if you don't perfectly time your rotation. An enemy dieing, dodging or pushing you around can sometimes be enough to completely mess up if you're playing a comp with tight rotations... A little fallback is nice to have. And it opens a completely new playstyle to childe, albeit not his best meta. And i would never consider a constellation that opens up a new playstyle for a character bad. Take Hu Tao C1 for example. You would never have people spamming her charge attack that much if not for C1.

As a person who is a fan of zhongli myself, I genuinely don't see myself going beyond c2 (recently acquired). You get the best of all he has to offer at that point without being too ridiculous and c0 is pretty good too. Still would be nice if the standard banner finally gets updated but no such hints at that even to this day :/

Qiqi hates me. I have C6 on all standard banner characters, but C0 QiQi. Took me a long time just to get her. Lol

One of the only few content creators out there that explicitly makes it clear about the character problems and and how they may or may not benefit the character themselves and other units while at the same time reminding people to have fun still the way they want instead of mindlessly telling players "not to pull for" this unit or "only pull for" this unit, aka "meta only" . The highest damage I've ever experienced from an enemy in Genshin is actually in the overworld (technically). One of the weekly bounties in Liyue had a "particularly fierce" Ruin Hunter. Thing got the zoomies and dealt around 40k damage per hit. Managed to one shot a 20k HP Jean through a 40k HP Zhongli's shield and Geo resonance. In the end Noelle was the only one who managed to tank one of those hits before it finally calmed down a bit.

Yea its only good if you really want to play Childe Hypercarry, even then you might want to switch to your supports at some point

Honestly I wouldn’t say qiqis c6 is the worst considering she’s a standard 5 star plus it has coop + abyss benefits

As a Kokomi main, I believe her C2 to be the most useless. It's the only one that solely focuses on her healing; more healing on targets under 50% health. However, since she's such a potent healer, when would that ever even be necessary? In the situation that it DOES activate, it is not that great of an increase for paying towards a second constellation either. It really is just there without any meaningful impact. And since Kokomi has such a high floor with healing having a low ceiling, increased healing doesn't do much. It's not even a consistent healing buff that can make activating Ocean-Hued Clam passive easier or anything. I understand that it's because Kokomi is conceptualized as damage first healing second, but she's already the best dedicated healer in the game. At least with Barbara and Qiqi, their constellations try to focus on doing more on top of that healing. Kokomi's constellations help her role by... doing more damage, I suppose, with C4 really only being the one to impact that in a meaningful way that isn't just a literal number buff (though I guess C1 is a gameplay changer by altering her best attack chain). So then she has a C2 solely focused on her supportive qualities, which does make sense for her character and for a C2, but then it it just does almost nothing. Slightly more healing on a healer that would never let you dip below 50% health anyway, and when that DOES happen, said healer is super easy to build to make you heal back to full in only a few seconds after it happens. At least it's not as horrible as Xiao C4, but it ranks there with "does nothing" compared to her C6, which is a significant damage increase even if it's paywalled behind something that should provide more than just big numbers.

Koko's C2 is literrally what blocked me from splurging in her rerun. It's useless on so many levels it's not even funny.

c6 zhongli was useful during that really hard event with 3 maguu kenkis

The Number 1 is hilarious. You got 1 child, healing 3 dying adults that scales of at HP. Qiqi do be struggling

I love my C6 Zhongli. Being topped out all the time, even quickly after a drop from a height, and not having to have a dedicated healer in your team is just fun. And yeah, it might be overkill, but isn't overkilling stuff fun? :D

man forgot to mention that Zhongli's shield gets stronger the more hits you take with it on.

Okay so I got Itto, Gorou, Shinobu and Bennet in this banner ..the thing is I'm confused about which char should I upgrade for healing purpose? Should I go for Shinobu because of the constant healing factor,her increased damage on having low health and itto and Shinobu bonding or Bennet because I've seen many players using him for healing purpose ? Please help me here 🤧

Characters occasionally die when they're with qiqi. C6 can help. It's still not good though; I might agree with your placement if it weren't for one thing: qiqi's C4. I would rather be able to revive (something unique that only qiqi and barbara c6 can do) than have enemies do slightly less damage to me any day.

C6 Barbara though is way better: not only you get 100% hp on the revived character, but it's also passive, so you don't need the burst

@@HdF-Nota But with Qiqi you have more control over when you want to revive someone. It targets everyone in your Party. And the not full HP is not an issue, because at best there'll be marked enemies after the burst to heal from.

@@HdF-Nota issue comes down to where that C6 is useful. Barbara’s C6 is useless in coop because she can’t be on the field for it to activate. Qiqi can be activated whenever, weather it be Spiral Abyss or Coop but not really useful in open world or things where perm death isn’t an issue.

Surprised to not see Venti's C1 here, you barely use his charged attack and adding three more arrows to it makes it even worse

But C6 Qiqi mean you have to get C1 and her C1 generates 2 energy for Qiqi if her skill hits and opponent affected by her talisman. It’s not that much energy considering her burst costs 80 energy, but it’s still some. Qiqi’s C6 is usually used in the raiden fight where once you get rid of her shield everyone get full energy,and raiden has a lot of one shot attacks.

3:35 Looking back now, it looks so weird when opponents are afffected with Hydro and Dendro and they don't make a Dendro Core from it

I know the constellation desc is semi transparent to see it but not too distracting and what not. And yet, its a little too hard to read with the low light of the background gameplay. Still good vid and i agree with the list, but that could be improved i think

It was a real problem with the cons I don't own sadly, their text is greyed out which made them really hard to blend properly. It was the way they are now or being damn near solid/chunky and taking up a good portion of the screen.

Since I dont have like mona when ever I test out my diluc, my party comp is diluc, xing, albedo, and bennet and albedo is actually useful only because of his burst which gives 125 em which is nice.

Interested in doing a tier list on who would pass as an MC If not the traveler?

I think this video need a refresh with the addition of dendro reactions, especially for kokomi

for me it's not Kokomi's c6 her worst, it's her c2. look at it I mean While she is on the team team how are you going to maintain that. That's is even useless that c4 xiao at least he gets some protection.

Well what's even worse than that technically is C1 forces you to use an unoptimal combo as Kokomi's normal combo is N2C so if you do that the C1 never activates. But ultimate the C6 takes the cake just because of how expensive it is. The cost of obtaining is a big factor in this list.

@@Ratheil I'd argue that N2C is the un-optimal combo, since catalyst user charged attacks take so much stamina, and Kokomi's damage isn't worth it. It might make for Kokomi's best DPS numbers, but, well... low ceiling. There's probably better ways to spend that stamina.

For Mona C6 she has a constellation that allows her basic attack to trigger a charged attack 50% of the time

She still has to dodge/sprint for 3 seconds to get the buff. It's a nice damage on top when entering a fight. but thats about it.

I don't fully agree with you thinking qiqi's c6 is terrible, but i respect your opinion. qiqi is usually used as a healer so it's a really good boost for her role in those teams where she's used as a healer. ESPECIALLY in spiral abyss she can carry your team REALLY good. but other people might build her as a support, dps, physical dps, etc. so her c6 doesn't really work out well, or be useful for those builds. but i get your point on the energy recharge part, you're completely right on there. :D

For C6 Jean i think her in Azdaha fight is where her Constellation will shine and am i missing something or Co-Op Constellations were never covered?

For itto, I wouldnt change the constellation cause i think its fine it isnt great but literally every other constellation on itto is freaking amazing. For albedo, I also think the c4 is okay cause sometimes those gimmicks are a great part of a characters kit thos I would have given him itto c4 and then give itto something else. For Zhongli i have always standed by the fact that his c6 should have left the meteorite in the ground as a geo contruct that exploded 6 seconds later for bonus damage.

Great video and I agree with most. Though, my take through his logic is that any constellation for a 5-star beyond C1 is bad because it's unnecessary for the price it presents in a game as extremely easy as Genshin. Reality is, if you're purposely going beyond C0, you're not doing it because you need it, it's because you simply want to see higher numbers or become an anime protagonist, and that's fine. Otherwise, if you seriously need 5 star constellations beyond 0 for survivability or dps, then it's just a skill issues at that point, which is also fine but it's something easily worked on through practice... In relation to the fact that having 1k lying around to spend in the game is much harder on average than it is to practice lol.

I think childe c6 is a mix between good or bad because it was designed for patch 1. Back then, childe international comp was not very popular or rather not everyone have them built (bennett was once deemed as an expedition unit only due to not having a good understanding with the game yet). It is good back then so you can just use him on the field and it won't really matter. It's bad because now we play with rotation, you won't be using him more than 9 seconds anyway

Regarding C6 Mona, it will be helpful for those enemies that got an invulnerable phase. EDIT: or when you gotta run regardless of having a shield.

As someone with a C6 Zhongli because I’m a geo daddy simp, that crown comment absolutely called me out lmao. I have him triple crowned and I absolutely do not regret it

i use c6 Zhongli in multiplayer. It keeps everyone topped off. Also you can flex by healing yourself in torches.

well, most characters' c4 sucks because it would be more profitable for mihoyo to have you go all the way to c6 it's meant to promote this kind of thinking; "i already got to c4, why not go for c6 anyway?", in other words a sunk cost fallacy to make you spend more money on going all the way for a character. by the time you get to c6, you might even be motivated to spend more money on getting r5 of their weapon, etc

A little thought that make Qiqi C6 less bad, think as a Healer LB3 in FF14. If you have it and the party wipe but the healer survives, just pop it and bring your buddies back to life.

You wanna know why C6 Qiqi is a thing?, Diluc mains, bow mains, catalyst mains, literally suicidal klee mains, they, always, no matter what, THEY WILL, DIE, ABSOLUTELY, OBLITERATE

Qiqi’s C6 is literally a godsend to…..yknow….bad players. And don’t even kid yourself. That’s most players. Poor shield management, letting Xiao die from his burst, corrosion, fucking up your I-frames, whatever it is we all need a monke brain proof full party res sometimes.

Healers and shielders are there to cover your mistakes, after the fact or pre-emptively, and to me Barb and Qiqi C6 is there for the big mistakes :^) Yea, you don't even need heal or shield if you are as good at i-frames as that one guy who played through entire Dark Soul series without taking a hit

@@shaderunner7.0 yeah, they act as big “EMERGENCY” buttons for when you fuck up. Also, I enjoy building sub DPS qiqi with Aquila favonia and ocean hued clam set. It’s technically a meme build but she actually hits like a truck. Ocean hued clam made her a lot more viable and because she’s SUCH and insane healer, you often times hit that 36,000 physical DMG every pop of the bubble from ocean hued. It actually adds up and gives her some CC too. I love qiqi.

Honestly the only 5*s I even want cons on are Jean (I have her at c2 and want her c4), Xiao (I randomly got him with his c1 and I'm loving it, I pulled him for exploration purposes and I have no regrets, not planning on pulling for him ever again), and maybe Itto (his c1 looks like it'll make for smoother gameplay and I use him a lot at c0 in Spiral Abyss). The only other 5* con I have is on Qiqi and that's the way it's going to stay. At the end of the day, an entire new character is a lot more valuable than a constellation on a character I already have, not only because it makes my account stronger but also because the variety makes the game more fun.

That C0 Kuki is so relatable I lost 50/50 twice but only got 2 Kukis. I managed to get more 5 stars than Kuki T-T

Childe c4 can change what attacks get vaped which can cause issues and Yoimiya's c6 can also have similar effects.

Bennett C6 Benefits pretty much all Pyro DPSs, and most of the time you want to pair him up with one for the pyro resonance. And the infusion can help with shredding shields. Only team i can think of that you really don't want him on is a Eula Team. and in that team you generally don't even play Bennett except for Damage per Screenshot showcases maybe.

I think I feel fun Mona gameplay is simply charge Vaporize only than Vaporize burst only. With Kazuha, Sucrose and Bennett gave Mona insane free to play damage without constellation but her C1 give go beyond playstyle than most her On field. Just don't use Mona normal attack mostly, she's incapable playstyle.

11:36 i have eulas weapon for razor and midsplitter for xingqiu(and hopefully have enough primogems for amos after i get tighnari for gorou). even if i cant get past floor 12, i still have my favorite characters as pampered as possible. even if triple crowning them all is useless... very bad... thats all that matters to me because they make me happy.

I Usually get Consellations of 5 stars to flex tho

i think albedos c4 is supposed to specifically encourage you to climb on top of his elevators and jump off. i dont know why anyone would want to do that but the result is absolutely just "xiao buff"

That's how it should be in the first place but in most cases especially in abyss where there is no obstacle or too many hindrances that would interupt you from being lift up people think it his worst constellations but when xiao came they immediately took the advantage of it hence the existnce of geo xiao team comp

We are just barely at the end of the third of seven plus regions, along with their characters. Im quite positive there will be more plunging characters in the future.

Is Zhongli’s C6 shield healing really hurting Hu Tao and bringing her above half? It seems like they have enough limiters on the healing and Hu Tao deals enough damage to her self that it wouldn’t be that bad.

It's 8% of active character's max HP per hit at max, so even if Hu Tao is at 1 HP, it can potentially be just 7 hits and you are above 50% already

Considering that at C6 you have the buff of Kokomi's C4, the boost in damage is less negligible than it seems. In comparison, C2 is clearly worse under any circumstance as you won't need that much healing ever and character under Koko usually don't stay under 50%. Also, I think that your idea that the higher the constellation the worse it is if they're bad is not as "sound" as it seem at first sight: if you're going for C6 on a limited 5* character you're so invested that having a "not great" C6 won't hurt as much as a C2-C4 that's basically so useless that you don't want to invest. That's why (in my opinion) Kokomi's C2 and Albedo's C4 are so bad.

I have to say tho, meeting a C6 Zhongli in coop is the most glorious thing. C6 Qiqi too, its fun to see your teammates coming back from the dead lol.

isnt childe at the start of rotation not like enemy has riptide mark on them ?,and not like you gonna use second burst because they already dead,c4 give more dmg + hydro application,it also good off field hydro application when his E is on cd,imo his best cons

The one instance where C6 Qiqi is useful: doing the Raiden weekly boss, and failing to break the "final calamity" protection in time.

-Me breaking it with Ayaka in time consistently- I guess Ayaka just has enough attack speed for that, haven't tried what doesn't break it, but I do know elemental damage does and Electro oneshots it
