The Steelers need everything you said but with Tomlin as coach its an automatic exit from the playoffs in the first round, if they actually get there in the first place. Need to fire Tomlin and then they can get past the first round f the playoffs.

@@devsvidz2092 If Tomlin's coaching is top tier then why hasn't he got the Steelers past the first round of the playoffs in 7 years?? The two previous coaches have a better than .500 record in the playoffs, Noll is 16-8 and Cowher is 12-9, but Tomlin is 8-10. That is not top tier coaching.

The GM is ok and hopefully he has put Tomlin on notice that he(Tomlin) produce playoff wins or hopefully he will be gone. They have not extended Tomlin yet and hopefully he is not. If you listen to Rooney or Tomlin or the players you are part of the problem too. You expect mediocrity. Mediocrity doesn't win playoff games. Greatness wins playoff games. Tomlin is mediocre at best.

Yea but they got Gabe Davis and Brian Thomas. They also added Ronald Darby and Darnell savage to a Tyson Campbell and Andre Cisco secondary.Lawrence injury really made his season worse than it is. RB atn is really good. Engram is also good. Kirk is good too. Not to mention the o-line got pro bowler Mitch Morse to a Brandon scheriff and Anton Harrison. Not to mention cam Robinson. Jags are sb conetenders in my books
