All your tips are very effective n useful...one tip from my experience..add one teaspoon soyasause to daal curry chhole n mixed vegetables...will give very good colour also daal or any curry will never stick to pan ..bottom will remain clean ....Love from uk

Ofcourse we add atta to it but the quantity of atta is less than maida. Say in 3:1ratio. So here can we add suji to get a fluffy puri? If yes then in what ratio?
