I'm writing a series about cryptids, and discovered this video a couple of years ago when researching creatures. Because of this video, many of these creatures are going to be in my story, like the Ahool, Nunda, and Chupacabra. I love cryptozoology, and have done a lot of research on varying creatures (like the Imoogi/Titanoboa mentioned in another video of yours). I also am including the Morgawr, which is a more well known creature than Nessie, though Nessie's pics are often faked, but the Morgawr is actually based on the idea of ancient water-traversing dinosaurs.

Here in NSW Australia, We have the Blue Mountains Panther. Largly known as the Penrith Panther. Story goes that the football team - the Penrith Panthers - once had a mascot panther, until it got loose and ran towards the mountains. other stories are that a pregnant panther escaped a circus, or that it escaped a private zoo (Notre Dame - Mulgoa, NSW. Next to Penrith).

The snow leopard actually used to be a cryptid. People thought they were nuts until one was actually caught. This is why I think some cryptids are possible.

*Sigh*... Us Maltese got used to people not knowing where Malta is. Malta is a small island under Sicily part of the Archipelago of the Maltese Islands. Malta should be recognised more. It was a big factor during both the World Wars and Infact, The Ottoman Empire wanted Malta as a fleet base to take over all of Europe. A bit late to the party but I have to say that I love these videos of yours. If you ever plan on making a follow up to this vid, may I suggest the North American thunderbird? The basics of it are that it is a large (10-20ft. wingspan) bird so named from the loud noise generated from its wingbeats. It would occasionally abduct and eat livestock or even people. I believe that there is some truth to the claims as every thirty years (starting in 1948) or so there is another rash of sightings in the southern part of Illinois with the most recent in 2005. These claims include truckers, mothers keeping their children from being carried off and at least one sighting from a particularly no-nonsense man. Hey I've seen a cryptid creature once! I dare I saw a fairy flipping me as it took a huge dump at my school cafeteria! My friends all saw it, including my uncle who currently works at microsoft and nintendo. I also took a picture of the fairy by using morse code with my nan's toaster before the fairy turned into loch ness bigfoot!

I know this is a month late, but.. Cryptids are any living organisms that may or may not exist, usually due to the fact there's usually only sightings, and no scientific evidence. If it's had a few sightings, and has a possibility to exist, it's classified as a cryptid.

the story of the jersey devil is actually pretty cool in the 1700's a lady living in a house in the middle of the woods had just finished giving birth to her child when out of the chimney appeared a monster that flew at her and her newborn baby she fought it off as well as she could untill it eventually flew back out the chimney

Wonderful... A neat little video, with a comment section full of Atheists and Christians fighting over who's right. If I could share my views as an agnostic? Christians (I know not all of them do this) should stop trying to prove to everyone that their belief is best. It's alright to have your own faith in whatever you feel is true, but you have no right to force that belief on others. Atheists (Again not everyone just the ones who do this) same thing, just because you think your right, doesn't mean you are. There is no proof that God ( Or Gods) exist, however there is also no proof that they don't exist. If there is an Omnipotent there is no way to prove it exists or doesn't exist because (of course) it is omnipotent, it would literally be everywhere and no where at the same time. Just hope I could bring a little less hate :)

DecroMcQuin I agree with you 100%, and I am also agnostic. However, I'd just like to point out that the word you're looking for is omnipresent (being everywhere simultaneously), not omnipotent (all-powerful). I don't mean to insult you, I just felt you should know (even if your comment was posted a month ago :P) Both words would apply to the situation though, because if the omnipotent being doesn't want to show itself to a mere human being, it can do so. However, I don't think a god would be omnipotent, because if it is, surely it would have the ability to create a wall it cannot pass through (like a ghost or whatever)? But it's omnipotent, so it should be able to pass through anything, even a wall the being intended to be impossible to pass... but the wall was made to be impossible to pass even to it/she/him. I'm sure people will see the problem here. Also, if this god is omnipresent, surely it would not be able to move, because it is everywhere. So it can't be omnipotent and omnipresent at the same time. While I neither believe there is a god nor believe there isn't, I can't believe that the Bible and other texts are true when it comes to these things. If it really was written by a god, then that god must have had confidence issues. Confidence issues are an imperfection. Therefore, God cannot be perfect. Sorry, I got a bit carried away there. >.

Some believe the Jersey Devil is in fact a hammerheaded bat. If you google pictures, you can see why. While these bats are native to Africa, it could have been an escaped specimen from a private collection and you can imagine people's reactions when they see a rather large, bizarre-looking, horse-headed flying animal zooming by that they've never seen before.
